“My 11-year-old son and I stayed with the AC Hotel on his first trip to New York and we found everything to be outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk to the subway and taxis seemed to always be available in front, should you choose to go that route. The rooms were very clean and well-appointed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was friendly and eager to help. We had a hiccup with housekeeping during our stay, but as soon as I brought it to the attention of the GM, Craig, he went above and beyond to ensure that the concerns were addressed and that we were happy with our stay. This is a manager that genuinely cares about his property and the experience of every guest. He’s truly a credit to the brand. We had striking views of the buildings in the surrounding financial district and of the East River from our room that were complemented by the floor to ceiling windows (my son thought this was the coolest thing ever!) If you are on the fence about staying at this hotel, I would strongly encourage you to give it a go, you will not be disappointed!”
