“Good facility with nice, bigger-than-NY-standard rooms but service seems off. Lifetime platinum checked in and got a room on a pretty low floor overlooking another building - just to then an hour later find out walking into the shower that the room has no shampoo, body wash or even hand soap of any kindCall the front desk? Too bad the phone in the room is broken, as in some of the electric outlets. Calling from my cellphone led to front desk after 2 minutes of listening to extensions menu. 30m later - still no sign for someone delivering soap so a guest can shower and head out.Pretty ridiculous and sad given the great potential of the facility itself and the location on the waterThey probably will get it right eventually - but until then, prepare for some painful hiccups 🤦🏼‍♂️”
