Maravilhoso, ótimo café da manhã, jantar vip com um vinho maravilhoso, pessoal super atencioso... como não lembrava do nome do vinho que era rosê bem suave, uma delícia, pedi através de e-mail que me enviassem o nome e procedência do vinho, aí não fui atendido, fiquei um pouco chateado porque adorei a bebida e queria compra-la aqui em São Paulo se eu achasse, no mais, valeu a estadia nesse hotel.

The most terrible hotel in my life. I dont advise you to visit it. It is better to choose another one. Dont do the same mistakes like me. I cant back my money for 6 months. They invent a lot of reasons dont back money. Scammers!!!!!!

I had an amazing stay at Barceló. Very nice staff (Mr. Puchades was a very pleasant help with our issues we first had). The Location is good, you can get to the center easily by bus within 10 min. The rooms very clean, confortable and modern. The food was delicious. We thank Barceló for the great time and are already looking forward to come back

I stayed suite room. It was spacious. Dining room and living room was comfortable. But somehow bed room was a bit small. We drove car but if you come by public transport maybe inconvenient. I think it’s residential area. So day and night time isquiet.

Cuando llegamos el viernes casi a medianoche con nuestra hija de 10 años, muy cansada, su cama supletoria no estaba montada, tuvimos que esperar cuarto de hora a que vinieran a hacer la cama y pudiera dormir. La persona que la montó no trajo una colcha, solo una sábana, por lo que la niña nos confesó al día siguiente que había pasado frío. Tampoco estaba esperándonos la cesta de fruta por la que habíamos pagado. Tanto la cesta como la colcha no llegaron hasta que las reclamamos al día siguiente.Por otro lado, esa cama supletoria de sofá es claramente insuficiente para niños de la edad de mi hijo. También es muy mejorable el hecho de que para montarla empleen una sábana de otro tamaño doblada, que queda muy justa y se sale de los bordes.La cisterna del baño se quedaba enganchada con facilidad. Además, la ducha en su posición más elevada no dejaba salir el agua caliente. Solo podías tener agua caliente en la ducha inferior, incómoda para ducharse, o poniendo el agua de la bañera.Las toallas tenían una calidad irregular. Algunas estaban tan viejas y lavadas que eran poco confortables.Es decir, que la experiencia en el hotel ha sido francamente mejorable.

Excelente trato del personal. Habitaciones modernas y bien equipadas, falta balcón... Desayunos completos. Alejado del centro pero hay un bus que conecta directamente con él. ¡Perfecta estancia!

Salimos encantados de nuestra experiencia en el Hotel. Responde a la calidad que suele ofrecer la cadena Barceló. Tuvieron el bonito detalle de dejarnos unas deliciosas pastitas para nuestra llegada. Especialmente destacar los desayunos. La presentación muy esmerada y la calidad excelente.

Volvería a alojarme. Muy cómodo y bonito. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y la comida está muy bien. Está alejado de las principales atracciones turísticas de Roma, pero a dos minutos hay un autobús que en 20-25 minutos te deja directo en el centro. Todo pros.

Nos hemos alojado con mis hijos durante cuatro días y hemos quedado muy contentos. El hotel muy tranquilo, limpio, moderno. El personal amable y atento y saben español. El desayuno perfecto, mucha variedad y todo fresco. Aunque pueda parecer retirado del centro tiene el autobús 160 en la puerta y te lleva al centro en 15 minutos.

I think the hotel is overrated, it doesn't deserve more than 3 stars, there was no hot water for two days, no tissue in the room, small toothpaste (that can't be used for more than 1 day), room service is quite bad (no one gets our bags up, once the reception called us and asked us to bring them the extra entry room card as they gave us accidentally a wrong one)Positive things: - they offer transportation to "Termini" (main station) for 5 Euros (one way) every 1 hour almost. - They clean the room every morning

Started out poorly, having had to wait for nearly 4 hours for my room (to be fair, I arrived at 9 and check in was at 2, but usually hotels can accommodate you). Stay improved: room was fine and breakfast is good. The staff was very apologetic about the initial snafu.

Lovely hotel, helpful staff at reception, bar man needs personality transplant. About 20 minutes outside of Rome, cheap shops and restaurants in the area but streets not very appealing. Car every hr or so goes to city centre from hotel door to where all the tourist attractions are.

Should be a 5 star hotel. Amazing, great friendly service. I came here last year when travelling and touring Rome. The food is top notch. The rooms were so cool and modern. This was one of my favourite hotels on my month long trip. Easy for the bus to pull up and collect us all. Clean, tidy, looks expensive but they gave us a great price. Even the hallways smell great
