“Chegamos no dia 24 de Fevereiro numa viagem de grupo de 45 pessoas. O quarto o pior que tive até hoje, chão da casa de banho todo solto com perigo de alguém se aleijar e muita pequena. Banheira sem protecção, molhava tudo. Secador avariado e cheirava a queimado , reclamei e vieram substituir, não havia nem champô nem gel duche. Quarto muito escuro sem iluminação suficiente e pequeno para um 4*. Jantar bufete do pior que já tive, só havia muitasmassas, opeixe mal se podia comer,carne só almôndegase no dia seguinte só frango. Não havia frutas e apenas dois tipos de saladas e dois tipos de sobremesa. Empregados pouco simpáticos, na recepção ninguém falava Francês, só Inglês o que é lamentável .”
