“If you've booked a room in this hotel & you're unable to cancel the booking do note the following:
1. No facial tissue paper in room
2. No clock available.
3. No hair cap
4. Shower in bathtub. Elderly people need to be careful not to fall because after bath due to no shower curtain to keep floor dry.
5. Lift is very small to accommodate big size guests & big luggage.
6. Reception staff not friendly, not helpful compared them with the Japanese.
7. Breakfast has nothing to praise.
8. Not convenient if you're visiting the Vatican City or the Colosseum.
9. Better stay in city hotel

“Chegamos no dia 24 de Fevereiro numa viagem de grupo de 45 pessoas. O quarto o pior que tive até hoje, chão da casa de banho todo solto com perigo de alguém se aleijar e muita pequena. Banheira sem protecção, molhava tudo. Secador avariado e cheirava a queimado , reclamei e vieram substituir, não havia nem champô nem gel duche. Quarto muito escuro sem iluminação suficiente e pequeno para um 4*. Jantar bufete do pior que já tive, só havia muitasmassas, opeixe mal se podia comer,carne só almôndegase no dia seguinte só frango. Não havia frutas e apenas dois tipos de saladas e dois tipos de sobremesa. Empregados pouco simpáticos, na recepção ninguém falava Francês, só Inglês o que é lamentável .”
