“Great central location in river north downtown area. Customer service was excellent and had no issues throughout the whole weekend stay. It was very hard to find a hotel with a hotub and I am glad I found the this hotel!”

“Great location! You will hear the sounds of the city throughout the night, but they have earplugs You can walk everywhere! Lots of good spots within 1mile radius A/C thermostat wasn't quite right. Key card didn't work after few days”
