“Disappointed compared to other Fairmont locations. Parking and food are insanely expensive (and $27 for WiFi!!!!!!) at an already pricey hotel. Room was clean and bell hop.service was great, staff were very accommodating, and the restaurant patio is stunning. Good location. I would probably save my $ and stay elsewhere, but would consider revisiting for dining/drinks on patio.”

“Delightful afternoon enjoying the delicious Holiday Tea menu. Great service all around; staff from door-to-table were helpful and friendly. Top-notch customer service from Arthur who helped me book a follow on reservation so I can return with my family. He also helped me purchase their special earl grey blend in a lovely tin so I can extend my experience at home. Thanks for the wonderful Holiday spirit Chateau Laurier!”
