“I will say yes this is an older building and will might turn off some people but I loved staying here. It is locally owned and really sticks to Polynesian culture as best as a hotel can. The staff was very nice and helped make it an experience to stay there. There is also a boat made by the staff on the grounds that you can watch a video about that is such an awesome story attached to it. Not going to lie the video made me tear up. After watching the video about the boat I had to see it. Me and my wife made a trip to the court yard to make sure we saw it while we was there. They also do shows at night and have a lot of fun stuff to do there. I have been to Maui three times and have stayed in three different places and this was by far my favorite place to stay at. Not saying I didn't like those places either because I did. There was just something special about this place that I love. Next trip we take we will for sure stay here.”

“We had a wonderful experience here. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the hula show was great! The room was cozy with a partial view of the ocean. We had beach access and a very nice pool area with a large area for sun bathing and relaxing. I believe this is a wonderful hotel for the price.”
