“There was a problem with our room. We were supposed to have adjoining rooms. However due to the lack of attention to detail they booked all of the adjoining rooms before we could check in. Since we were traveling with two younger children we didn’t need two rooms with king beds several doors apart.The best answer I got was “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do”The effort to rectify the situation was null. Also room service was null since the third party handling their room service was apparently “not performing to their expectations”When you called the front desk to request it… the response was the same.“I’m sorry there is nothing we can do”At $649 per night I am extremely disappointed and “I’m sorry there is nothing I can do” is unacceptable. Especially when I am paying $650 per night for a fancy holiday in express room!and in your response you continue to blame the customer. I was supposed to get a follow up the second day from management. That never happened. I went to the desk and asked for a call. That never happened either. This is a nice property however your guest interactions are not up to par. Hopefully it is due to your property being new and you have not worked out the kinks. Also during booking it was not communicated that I needed to call prior to arrival.”

“Hubo un problema con nuestra habitación. Se suponía que íbamos a tener habitaciones contiguas.
