It's really good place to relax and unwind.. U got a lot of things can do on here.. Exploring the place.. It's so big resort.. Foods was nice for breakfast.. And the pool on the room was so good... I really enjoy the place.. Will be back again soon..

The room was so nice, it was a lagoon room, and the hotel was clean. The interior is a bit outdated, but it's understandable, it's on the lagoon and they cannot do much with the amount of water coming into the room. But in general it was a nice fun stay. The staff was good, not bad, nice to the kids, and all in all it was a nice weekend. But a bit pricey, if you gonna take a lagoon room (which is why we went there).

Excellent Property.. particularly for all families.. large family groups.. and very child friendly.. kids club staff.. thank you.. lovely food.. the chefs helped us with vegetarian food.. the Jain food types..With no eggs.. What a fabulous holiday! The staff at Anantara The Palm could not have been more hospitable! A wonderful choice of hotel and one we would highly recommend! Our room was just beautiful and the view fantastic! Choice of restaurants was great and the food absolutely delicious! The Lagoon pool was incredible and always kept spotlessly clean…as was the beach area. We would love to return! Thank you !

Beautiful place , has 3 restaurants. Hospitable staff !! The beach house is on the beach.. very beautiful ..you can enjoy you meal on the beach with a beautiful sea view.The Beach House ambience is amazing and beautifully done up. Cosy and warm vibes .. A welcoming atmosphere , hospitable staff and great food. Great place for family and friends!!!

Excellent hotel. We had one of the creek view rooms which was very large and kept very clean, morning and evening, when beds are turned back. The food in all 3 ala carte restaurants was very good. Mekong restaurant was our favourite. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem was drinks were very expensive in the hotel, compared to restaurants outside. About £17 for large beer and the same for a small glass of wine, £7 for can of Coke or soft drink. I would definitely recommend this hotel, we had a great time. Taxis are not expensive compared to a can of Coke.

We stayed at the Anantara the Palm for the 1st time, having been to Dubai many times over many years.I can honesty say that this is such an amazing hotel, however the best of this establishment are the staff who work there, there are truly amazing hospitality and the kindness people we have come across and made our stay such a much more memorable one!!!Always smiling, courteous, polite and go out there way to ensure all your needs are taken care of and always with a passion to please.A huge thank you and shout out to Sonia (Resident Manager), a wonderful host and nothing was too much to ask. She really made us feel special. An amazing person.Also, to Katrina who like Sonia was always there, polite, and friendly in ensuring we were enjoying every moment.Thank you Katrina.Our room was cleaned to a very high standard every day and nothing was too much trouble if we requested for extra items.Having eaten in a lot of hotels and restaurant I can only congratulate the food operation, the food was amazing, especially Mekong, however it would be difficult not to mention all the food / restaurants without praising them highly for great food, service and caring.Thank you once again everyone at Anantara for making our holiday such a memorable one and we will most definitely be back soon. Maybe in June!!Please pass on all our appreciation to everyone, and we mean everyone, a credit to the hotel all the staff we met. Which was pretty much everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in premier lagoon access room and it was just perfect. Massive pool it lead onto and probably no more than 5 people were in it at once! So quiet and peaceful!Loved the fact drinks boat went round during the day and you can get in the pool at night!

We have been travelling to Dubai for a number of years for some winter sun and are kicking ourselves that we only found this resort now. The second you walk through the door into the gardens1 and lagoon area you feel you have been transported all the way to Thailand. This is the place you must go to if you want to relax, enjoy the sun and be woken by birds singing in the morning. Right on the beach with the friendliest staff you will find peace and quiet, away from the busy Dubai but close enough to dip your toe in it when you venture out.This will be our go to place every time we go back to Dubai.

Who needs to visit Maldives when you can get an over the beach villa right here in Dubai? This has got to be one of the best beach staycation spot in Dubai. Even the lagoon access rooms each have access to a beautiful blue pool that shines at night to create a magical ambience. The views of the palm from the beach, beautiful sunset spots and lunch green walkways all make this spot an ideal destination to relax and soak in the sun. The hospitality of the staff at all levels is phenomenal and everyone goes to that extra mile to make sure the guests are comfortable. The buffet spread is fantastic ideally suited for all dietary preferences. Overall we spent three days here and didn't have to step outside the resort even once.

This is an amazing hotel with amazing customer service! Lovely restaurant and cafes to eat. Massive variety of food, from breakfast to dinner. The pools are nice, but the private beach is absolutely stunning. Hotel rooms are fantastic! Staff/housekeeping/valet always there to help you in anyway possible! Had a few hours at the spa and massage! 10/10! What a lovely break and a stress free holiday!

Went there for our Honeymoon. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. They answer your needs and desire as much as they can exactly like you want. The resort is unbelievable. It is located in a beautiful place. Everything is clean. It is a dreamy place. Highly recommanded.

All of the staff was great honestly, very friendly, especially the room attendants and waiters. The food was also very good in all the restaurants in the resort.My main issues with the resort were that towards the end of our stay it started to get pretty crowded, so it was getting increasingly hard to get a deckchair in the shade, which I think is pretty bad at 40+°C. Also some of the guests were pretty rowdy, which makes it harder for couples to enjoy a romantic stay.Another small quarrel with the resort was that it is not maintained perfectly, so you can find quite some small imperfections like some tiles missing in the lagoon and similar.Thanks to the super friendly staff I only dock 1 star.

Literally had the best relaxing time in this hotel. The customer service is just second to none, Hafiz and Kabeer went out of their way to ensure our stay was of 5* quality. Amazing rooms with super cool views. A 24hour pool, with a fantastic spa, with thanks to Dion for taking care of us. Sam was fantastic and ensured we were well looked after. I cannot wait to return!

Very nice hotel, loved the swim up balcony. Room staff very friendly and quick to any request, ie…ice, extra towels, water. Restaurants on location were above average and all of them had a happy hour at some point and time of the day. Hotel had free valet parking. Amazing views from the hotel. Close to tourists activities

Everything on the Palm Island is definitely worth a five star for me and more. Scenery is awesome.try visiting the Palm Islam via the monorail. You will get a beautiful view of Dubai and guess what? It's silent because it crosses the residential areas. One would think you could actually jump out of the monorail 🤣

Excellent hotel! We came here for the day to use the facilities and we had a very good time! The pool was incredible, very innovative, very warm and not too busy. There are lots of sun loungers, water villas and places to sit. It is on the palm and so it overlooks the beach which is very nice too. It is definitely one of the nicer hotels on the palm. I would highly recommend staying here, whether that is just for the day or for a lengthier period of time. Five stars!

Lugar mágico, con la piscina con entrada privada, su playa privada del hotel... servicio de habitación increíble, te limpian al día mínimo 3 veces, estan muy atentos, te traen y te llevan en buggy, el coche te lo aparcan en la entrada y cuando te vas te lo Dan, servicio impecable, han pensado en todo. Repetiremos sin duda.

Excelente hotel, con muy buenas y comodas habitaciones! El servicio es muy calido y amable. Tienen unas habitaciones alrededor de una piscina y cada una de ellas tiene acceso directo a la piscina. Acceso a la playa solo caminando dentro del hotel. Puedes tener una vista de las islas palmeras (un costado). Buenos restaurantes para escoger entre comida asiatica, mediterránea, restaurante buffette de comida internacional y otros más. Cuentan con unos carritos para moverte de un lado a otro dentro de las instalaciones para personas con difícil movilidad.

Las villas son muy cómodas, espaciosas y la privacidad de tener tu propia piscina junto a la playa es un plus. La limpieza de las habitaciones es mejorable.
