“Greetings from the USA My wife and I travel a lot, and this was one of our best hotel experiences. Amazing staff and hospitality. Room service and any other requests were lightning quick. The food was really good, especially the "Turkish Breakfast". The perfect location. It is surrounded by many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We will definitely be back.”

Fiquei hospedado durante 4 dias com o intuito de fazer uma pequena cirurgia. E fiquei bastante satisfeito com este hotel, com o cardápio do restaurante local e com a atenção dos colaboradores.

I had a great time during my stay here .despite the initial check in process where I found the First Lady a bit rude( I don’t remember her name) aside from all that every other staff I’ve encountered was very friendly and polite. Front desk took care of every request that was asked , from refilling waters to grooming kits. Breakfast was also very pleasant and enjoyable. Huseyin, a young man in the restaurant was very helpful and was always on standby to get whatever we needed, very charming young man. Will definitely stay here again

Great hotel, I highly recommend it. We were placed here by Turkish Airlines for missing our flight. The hotel is extremely clean and their services is impeccable. We had an amazing lunch and our waiter Ibrahim was extremely professional and kind! He hosted us with a delicious Turkish coffee too. Thank you .

Toda a experiência durante a sua estadia aqui foi ótima. A equipe foi muito atenta às suas necessidades. As comodidades são incríveis. Assim como as fotos. Como arquiteta, eu realmente apreciei os detalhes dentro dos interiores. Particularmente, quero destacar um membro da equipe que sempre recebeu com um sorriso e vontade de ajudar. GoRKEM foi fantástico e deve ser usado como exemplo. Ela tem boa energia, fala mansa e sempre sorrindo, que são qualidades necessárias no setor de hospitalidade.

Exceeded my expectations! Definitely a luxury hotel judging by all parameters. I especially enjoyed the brand new fitness gym, swimming pool and sauna, totally awesome. Only reasons I don’t give it 5 stars is the issue I had with getting back some food items I had requested to be stored in a refrigerator. I had to wait 15 minutes while the hotel staff is unable to find my package and bringing me packages belonging to other hotel guests…almost missed my flight alas it was finally resolved

The whole experience while staying here was great. Staff was very attentive to your needs. Amenities are amazing. Just like the pictures. As an architect I really appreciated the details within the interiors. Particularly I want to point out a staff member that always greeted with a smile and eagerness to help. GoRKEM was fantastic and should be used an example. She has good energy, soft spoken, and always smiling which are all qualities needed in the hospitality industry.

Tantas opções e tudo é delicioso - é honestamente difícil decidir qual comida comer porque é tudo muito bom. A HiLAL tornou nossa experiência de café da manhã ainda mais maravilhosa por ser tão prestativa e acolhedora com os assentos, levando nossa comida à mesa e certificando-se de que desfrutamos da refeição (temos uma criança indisciplinada, por isso agradecemos toda a ajuda que podemos obter !!) . O serviço de quarto é super rápido. Os quartos e banheiros são limpos com muito espaço. As camas e travesseiros são muito confortáveis! O hotel ainda trouxe um berço pack-and-play em nosso quarto para o nosso filho.Eu absolutamente recomendo ficar aqui! :)

Um super lugar para ficar. A melhor cama e os melhores travesseiros em que já dormi. Conforto absoluto. Linda decoração, agradável aos olhos. A geladeira continha uma variedade de bebidas, chocolate, nozes etc tudo a preços justos. Cuidado com as portas do elevador fechando rapidamente, duas vezes causaram hematomas na minha filha que estava se recuperando de uma cirurgia! O menu de restaurantes foi simplesmente adorável. E não perca a experiência de café-da-manhã, foi absolutamente incrível.!

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. Everyone has been friendly and hospitable. The breakfast is incredible! So many options and everything is delicious -- it's honestly hard to decide which food to eat because it's all too good. HiLAL made our breakfast experience even more wonderful by being so helpful and accommodating with seating, getting our food to the table, and making sure we enjoyed our meal (we have a rambunctious toddler, so we appreciate all the help we can get!!). Room service is super fast. The rooms and bathrooms are clean with plenty of space. The beds and pillows are very comfy! The hotel even brought a pack-and-play crib into our room for our son. I absolutely recommend staying here! :)

A super place to stay. The best bed and best pillows I have ever slept in. Absolute comfort. Beautiful decor, pleasing on the eye. The fridge contained a variety of drinks, chocolate, nuts etc all at fair prices. Beware of the lift doors closing to quickly, twice they caused bruising to my daughter who was recovering from surgery! The restaurants menu was simply lovely. And don't miss the breakfast experience, it was absolutely awesome.!

The hotel is new, clean, in a nice area for people of various nationalities. It felt safe the entirety of our stay. Many restaurants were within walking distance and the hotel restaurants were also of good quality. The gym and spa were equally good. The most noticeable attribute of the hotel was a well appointed staff with an attitude for excellent customer satisfaction.

É um hotel que acompanhei antes da inauguração e gostei do visual. Depois da inauguração, além do sabor externo, o clima interno, o calor e o interesse dos funcionários, a comida, o conforto, tudo é muito bom. A proximidade da serra também pode ser um motivo de preferência. Era a única opção para a minha estadia 😀

It is a hotel that I followed before the opening and liked its visual. After the opening, in addition to the external taste, the interior atmosphere, the warmth and interest of the staff, the food, the comfort, everything is quite nice. O lobby do hotel, quartos e café da manhã são excelentes, você entra no hotel com uma recepção calorosa! Especialmente o restaurante a'la carte deve ser experimentado, e o restaurante rouche a não perder na hora do almoço. Sorvete Mövenpick para sobremesa é incrível !! Vale a pena ir repetidamente. Sabiha Gökçen Havalimanı lokasyonunda yeni açılmış olan konforlu ve çok şık bir otel. Otelin içerisinde bulunan Ruche restoran menüsü oldukça geniş ve lezzetli. Personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzü için ayrıca teşekkürler.

Otel lobisi , odaları ve kahvaltısı mükemmel , sıcacık bir karşılama ile otele giriş yapıyorsunuz ! Özellikle a'la carte restoranı denenmeli, öğle vakitlerinde rouche restaurant kaçırılmamalı.
