“good and price/quality ok for sure but not family friendly: was refused restaurant entry (i was with 2 children) at 6.30pm because was « fully reserved and client were to arrive» and should have reserved. i had to insist to reception to get access to restaurant as as a family we need to eat: it was 70% empty and most people only for drinks no eating 3 tables free around us during 1.5 hours. business choice of pullman not to be gentled with family, good to know for future only good for professional stays and get eurostar easily not for family stays. Also no cleaning in room because of covid…as written below too easy excuse…”
