Ótimo custo beneficio. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Bem localizado. Estacionamento gratuito para clientes, que é muito importante em Los Angeles, pois é imprescindível usar carro.

O hotel é muito moderno, com instalações aconchegantes, tv com muitos canais disponíveis, tem café Nespresso no quarto <3. Prepare-se para ver muitos coreanos, inclusive o staff do hotel, pois fica na região de Koreatown. Tem o agravante de Los Angeles ser grande demais, o que impede a chegada rapidamente nos lugares, é imprescindível ter um carro. Ah sim! O estacionamento é gratuito, raridade em LA.

Let's just say you get what you paid for. There is a reason why the prices are cheap because services are terrible. Beware of the good reviews because they are fake or bought. No slippers, toothbrush, etc. They downright act like this is not a common thing a hotel should have. When we entered the room the 'Queen' sized bed is but a large twin size bed. When asked about it they were rude and said this is their 'Queen' size. Didn't knew people have different standards for Queen size in the U.S. To me that is a scam. Their pillows are couch pillows and when confronted they also say this is the only pillow they have. The regular pillow cases they had don't even fit them. Worst 3 star hotel (if you can even call it that) there is

What a great stay. Parking was awesome and secure. Front desk staff was professional and courteous. Jenny who checked me in was super customer service!

My boyfriend and I drove 7 hours from San Francisco and was extremely exhausted at 1am. We removed our shoes in our room and my boyfriend steps on rusty nails sticking out of the carpet and started bleeding. After that we were wearing ours shoes around the room because we were traumatized. I gave the property a week to call and make things right as they promised, but I didn’t receive a call back and it’s been almost 2 weeks so I’m assuming they don’t care. They switched our room but it’s like they didn’t care about what happened and now I know that they really didn't care. Be careful at this property. I wanted to write a better review for this property but the costumer service need improvements. Never experienced anything like this.

I love this place hands down ! I always always get the room I ask for , I ask for extra towels because I always use them up BUT they already give you extra towels in the rooms anyways. The bed is so comfy , perfect for one person or even for 2 regular size ppl. If you’re a little big then yea, it might be uncomfortable. The bedroom is a nice size, but windows that open, the AC/ heaters worked amazing ! The tv and channels another plus! Housekeep are all very nice sweet ppl. The bathroom is huge and great water pressure. The parking is good as well, a little tight but still good , although it might get filled up fast but that just depends on when you stay there. Front desk ppl are great too! The area is good, close to everything. If you’re not familiar with LA or if you have some type of upscale fantasy of LA , lol you might be disappointed by the area only because it’s not clean. But it’s safe and walkable of course don’t walk at night just like at any other city.

Terrible sound insulation. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Do you like hearing... intimate conversation of other guests? Footsteps at all times of the night? Doors slamming shut? The people above you making love at 4am and 6am every morning like screaming bunnies? Then this is the place for you! Otherwise, do not stay here unless you want to sleep with noise canceling headphones every night, which is what I ended up doing. Hotel is clean and staff is pleasant enough, but the fact that there is no privacy or peace is just a big fat NO for me. There is however, free parking for guests lol.

This is a very comfortable and clean and classy Hotel, it's just in an area of town that is not so classy or clean! They have a great big parking lot underground and security guards and as soon as you come in the front door you smell the beautiful perfumed air that is very elegant. The rooms look like beautiful new hotel rooms. I highly recommend it and I don't think you can beat the value for money.

Excelente hotel, durante mi estancia en EEUU en 2020 fue el mejor hotel donde alojé. Muy buena atención, piezas ordenadas, bonitas y limpias. Lo recomiendo 100%. Excelentes estacionamientos, amplios y muy abundantes. La ubicación es excelente, conecta en 10 minutos con el centro de LA, 30 minutos del aeropuerto, 5 minutos del Staples Center, 15 minutos de Universal, 40 minutos de Santa Mónica.
