Quarto sujo, mofo no teto, paredes, banheiros e até mesmo nos abajures, o hotel não possui estacionamento e não se pode chegar de carro até o local, somente táxis podem transitar na sua rua, o estacionamento conveniado é o da catedral que fica a uns 5 min a pé o que pode ser um incoviniente se estiver chovendo, isolamento acústico horrível, isolamento acústico péssimo, se escuta até o telefone do quarto ao lado, fica numa localização central porém não compensa pelos inconvinientes citados

Esta en una zona muy céntrica, dentro del barrio gótico. Muy cerca también de las ramblas y del Portal Vell. Típico hotel de ciudad con ambiente cuidado y limpio.

Good value for the price. New modern furnishings. Rooms could use just a little bit more space (2 adults with 2 large suitcases). Overall a very nice room. Beat of all, great air conditioning!! Very important to American travelers. Located very easy walking distance to a variety of resturants.

We stayed seven nights at this hotel, and we thought it was a good experience. The rooms were nice and clean and the receptionists were helpful when we wanted to ask things about the city. The beds were perhaps not the most comfortable we've slept in, but still pretty good. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to good restaurants and shopping.

The service and staff are really great. The room is very spacious and comfortable and the rate is good for a Junior Suite. Also the location is fantastic if you want to travel on foot to see the sights of the city.

Lovely place! Great location in a quiet street but just 2 minutes walk from main shopping streets. Very good standards, great and very thoughtful service - I got lovely cake,sweets and wine surprise for my birthday😍Thank You, I highly recommend this hotel!

Nos fue en general muy bien, salvo una acción del personal del hotel. Por ello como colaboración a los próximos pasajeros tengan cuidado cuando piden un taxi al personal del hotel ya que en nuestro caso creímos que nos asegurábamos que nos enviarían un chofer que no nos estafara y resulto que no fue así. Nos paseo para llegar al aeropuerto y nos cobro 45 euros cuando la tarifa normal es de 30 (precio que esta publicado en el aeropuerto) argumento que el personal del hotel lo hizo esperar ? cuando nosotros estábamos en la recepción para hacer el viaje. Si observamos que se saludo con el personal de recepción cuando llego para buscarnos. Cabe destacarquecuando llegamos a Barcelona desde el aeropuerto al hotel pagamos 30 euros sin problemas. Reflexión, no se confíen ,observen bien para pedir un taxi y antes de iniciar el viaje acuerden que el mismo sale alrededor de los 30 euros.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel as our room was quiet(except for some children playing in the corridor at 7am) The location was good,so we could walk to a lot of places. We were very happy with the beds. in other hotels we found them much to hard. So we had a good night sleep every night. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. In all we will use this hotel again.

Excellent location in the Old City. So close to everything!Maintenance in the room needed attention but staff promptly took care of things -- very courteously.Rooms need updating for mobile device chargers.Staff brought in extension "reel" but they need to do an overhaul.Beds are super comfortable and cleanliness is excellent.Helpful front desk staff.

El hotel estaba en el barrio gótico, muy céntrico y al lado de la catedral. El trato del servicio fue magnífico y la habitación no era muy lujosa pero estaba bien para pasar un fin de semana o unos días (como fue mi caso: dos días).

Fantastic experience. My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights on our trip to Barcelona and we could not have been happier with the service we received. The location is great, the rooms lovely, and the staff very friendly and helpful. In particular we would like to give a special mention to Andrea on the front desk. She was very friendly, gave us lots of great recommendations for local restaurants and things to see, and helped make our stay very pleasant. Thanks for a great stay in Barcelona.
