Quarto não aspirado, lençol levemente manchado(1), serviço de transporte é apenas das 7h às 10h e das 16h às 21h uma vez a cada hora. Ventilação enferrujada, o termostato precisa ser mais alto durante o inverno e mais baixo durante o verão para atingir a temperatura desejada. Não é possível encontrar restaurante, não tinha comida indiana que foi mencionada. Mobília de quarto muito agradável, mas não completamente limpa. A unidade AC está desatualizada, sem aquecimento/arrefecimento central. Peça nenhum quarto de animais de estimação, pulgas presentes.Após a revisão inicial no google, há uma cobrança fraudulenta de $ 151,23 no meu cartão de crédito feita por este hotel. Se você não quer lidar com esse tipo de criminoso, NÃO fique neste lugar!A partir de 22/02/20, os $ 151,23 foram retirados.

Este lugar é conveniente, pois fica perto do meu escritório. A comida do restaurante é boa e a equipe é atenciosa. O lugar é antigo e alguns são degradados. Sinto que eles não fazem um bom trabalho de limpeza. Vários pedaços de cabelo comprido espalhados pela cama e os lençóis estão sujos e com manchas (todas as camadas com manchas diferentes). Não é algo em que me sinto confortável dormindo.

Lugar agradável e pessoal doce, mas sem amenidades nesta época do ano. O quarto foi cerca do dobro do tamanho da sua suíte média de cama de casal e bem mobilados mas nada importante. Os corredores e elevadores podem definitivamente usar um pouco de refrescar-se. Ambos apenas olhavam e cheiravam velhos. Mas, caso contrário, tivemos uma estadia muito agradável.

Este era um estabelecimento limpo e confortável. A senhora da recepção foi calma, útil. O quarto era bom e suficiente para a nossa estadia durante a noite. Pude sair no saguão por algumas horas após o check-out enquanto esperava minha companheira terminar suas entrevistas. Os móveis estavam um pouco gastos, sim, mas ainda assim confortáveis e seguros para estar aqui. E os acessórios do banheiro são agradáveis, com sensores para torneira e sabão, então viva-voz, uma verdadeira vantagem!

Lindo hotel, com preços razoáveis considerando hotéis vizinhos. Mas não há microondas no quarto, você terá que caminhar até o saguão para usar um, e o café da manhã custa US $ 10, e o recepcionista gostava de rir de mim por reclamar com ele na frente de outros convidados que eu achava muito rude e sem considerar minha aparência, eu estava apenas expressando minha opinião. Antes de fazer qualquer coisa, gosto de tomar banho e depois comer no quarto, mas dessa vez tive que voltar e esperar no microondas por 10 minutos ... inconveniente .. pousada com telhado vermelho e todos os outros hotéis sempre têm microondas e geladeiras nos quartos ....

A configuração do hotel é estranha. Minha janela se abre para uma sala de conferências ou área de reunião. As portas dos quartos são velhas e de aço, como prédios de apartamentos em bairros ruins. Ele tem um cheiro estranho e tem uma sensação de poeira, mesmo que eu tenha encontrado problemas mínimos de limpeza. Menina na recepção foi amigável. Eu não ficaria aqui novamente. Na verdade, tire mais 10 minutos e localize outra coisa.

O estacionamento é um pouco limitado. O Dunkin Donuts é muito pequeno, dentro do hotel, e quando saímos, não havia nada nos casos para comprar. Isso foi decepcionante. O quarto era muito limpo e acolhedor. Muitas toalhas, toalhas grandes, devo acrescentar. O quarto valia o valor. Eu estava feliz. A recepcionista foi amigável também.

Não é o hotel mais limpo. As bancadas e superfícies precisavam claramente de uma limpeza básica. Eles estavam visivelmente empoeirados e sujos. Não é muito reconfortante estar em uma pandemia de Covid-19. O microondas compartilhado teve os mesmos pedaços de comida por 3 dias. O banheiro era mofado e empoeirado. Os quartos eram grandes. Cama era enorme e confortável. A equipe foi muito agradável e acolhedora. Ótima localização

For the most part I thought this place was mediocre at best. The rates are reasonable but you get what you pay for. Throughout this stay, there were little issues here and there with the room not being completely clean as expected and missing front desk staff for over 15 minutes when I need to get my key recharged. However, being in the hotel industry in the past, the place was OK. Not great, just OK. However, when I go to take medication in the morning, I check the bottle of water that’s complementary which I know I haven’t touched the entire stay and see that the seal had been broken and that you could smell tapwater in the bottle because of the chlorine. That’s just gross. If you want to use this place for a cheap hotel in the DC metro area, then buyer beware.

Our room was very nice and the location close to our destination. HOWEVER, we were here on Thanksgiving and received absolutely no housekeeping services on the last of our 3 night stay. We didn't get bottled water or coffee pods refilled from our use the day before. When I called then went down to the front desk, it took 10 minutes to pick up the supplies which were only handed over (instead of delivered to the room) after some attitude from the front desk attendant when his personal phone call was interrupted. We didn't ask for clean towels, beds made, trash emptied, toiletries, or vacuuming. The attendant blamed the holiday, "someone called in", and "you must have left your do not disturb sign on the door" (we hadn't). I guess when we come back in the spring for the cherry blossoms, we'll plan to stay at Sleep Inn across the street.

La verdad no estoy nada contento por el precio que pague por mi suites tenia que ser algo mejor y no solo es eso el servicio de limpieza es pecimo se nota que no limpian las tina ni los inodoros los epejos solo precisamente llegan a arreglar las camas y sacar la basura las personas que acen el aceo lo ace como que si no les pagaran muy mal aceo el peor que e visto. Y no solo es eso una de la chicas de limpieza dejo un producto de limpieza en la abitacion olvidado y llego unos minutos después y abrió mi abitacion sin tocar la puerta solo entro a sacarlo lo que Avia olvidado mi esposa y yo estábamos en la abitacion cambiándolos esta chica pudo encontrarlos desnudos si uviesemosestado en la sala buscando algo estoy muy descontento no volvería a qui nunka

Beautiful hotel, well priced considering surrounding hotels. But there is no microwave in the room you will have to walk down to the lobby to use one, and the breakfast cost $10, and the front clerk guy liked laughing at me for complaining to him in front of other guests I thought was pretty rude and inconsiderate to my appearance,I was just simply expressing my opinion. Before I do anything I like to shower and then eat in the room, but this time I had to come back down and wait by the microwave for 10minutes.... inconvenient.. red roof inn and all other hotels always have microwaves and fridges in the rooms....

This place is convenient since it’s near my office. The restaurant food is good and the staff is helpful. The place is old and some what rundown. I feel like they do not do a good job cleaning. Multiple long hair pieces spread across the bed and sheets are dirty and have stains on them (all layers with different stains). Not something I feel comfortable sleeping in.

Room not vacuumed, slightly stained sheet(1), shuttle service is only 7-10AM and 4-9PM once every hour. Rusty vent, thermostat need to be turn up higher during winter and lower during the summer to achieve desired temperature. Cannot find restaurant, did not have Indian food that was mentioned. Very nice room furniture but not completely cleaned. AC unit is out of date, no central heating/cooling. Ask for no pets room, fleas present.After the initial review on google, there is a $151.23 fraudulent charge on my credit card made by this hotel. If you don't want to deal with this kind of criminals DON'T stay in this place!As of 02/22/20 the $151.23 has been taken off.

Not the cleanest hotel. Counter tops and surfaces clearly needed a basic wipe down. They were visibly dusty and soiled. Not very comforting being in a Covid-19 pandemic. The shared microwave had the same food bits for 3 days. Bathroom was moldy and dusty. Rooms were large. Bed was huge and comfy. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Great location

Hotel set up is odd. My window opens to a conference room or gathering area. Room doors are old and steel like apartment buildings in bad neighborhoods. It has an odd smell and it just has a dusty feel even though I've found minimal cleanliness issues. Girl at the desk was friendly. I would not stay here again. Truly, take 10 more minutes and locate something else.

Parking is a little limited. The Dunkin Donuts is very small, inside the hotel, and when we left, there was nothing in the cases to buy. That was disappointing. The room was very clean and welcoming. Plenty of towels, large towels I may add. The room was worth the value. I was happy. The receptionist was friendly as well.

This was a comfortable, clean establishment. The front desk lady was calm, helpful. The room was good and sufficient for our overnight stay. I was allowed to hang out in the lobby for a couple hours after check out while waiting for my companion to finish her interviews. Was the furniture a bit worn, yes, but still comfortable and safe to be here. And the bathroom fixtures are nice with sensors for faucet and soap, so handsfree, A real plus!

Nice place and sweet staff but no amenities at this time of year. The room was about double the size of your average double bed suite and nicely furnished but nothing major. The hallways and elevators can definitely use a bit of freshening up. They both just looked and smelled old. But otherwise we had a very nice stay.
