“Shuttle service quality is poor. Tried to use the shuttle to get picked up from the airport. Arrived at 4:50 and waited for the 5:15 shuttle which didn't come. The 5:45 shuttle did a slow roll across the pickup area and then immediately took off, preventing me from being able to get on. Front desk claimed I was supposed go call them first if I wanted to be picked up, but that is mentioned no where in the email explaining how the shuttle works, nor in the robot that answered that told me to just wait at the pickup area.”
