Very nice stay overall. The upgrade and treatment for Gold Members is excellent. Room was nice, with a good view. Large variety at breakfast and cozy atmosphere at the Executive Lounge. Should I come back to Bogota, I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience at the Hilton Bogota. The staff here really bends over backward to make your stay pleasant and comfortable, and that’s worth a lot. We enjoyed the executive lounge, and were very happy with the location. The neighborhood feels very safe and although it’s not obvious at first there’s huge variety of restaurants within easy walking distance.

A great hotel in the heart of Bogota. With access to the executive lounge, breakfast and an evening reception is included. Evening reception in the executive lounge typically had a couple different types of pizza, a hot dish, salads, appetizers and a delicious variety of local fruit and desserts. Included in the reception was a variety of alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, which depending on the server, may take a while to get (but in general, the service was great). If you don't feel like going out for a meal, there is a restaurant on site (with 24x7 room service available) but it is a bit pricey compared to some of the amazing restaurants within walking distance. The gym was quite large but could benefit from a couple less cardio machines, providing more room for free weights.

I stayed recently for three nights. A nice room with city views, very helpful staff and a good restaurant. The hotel is located in the embassy area and is a short walk to a nice restaurants area. It's also a short taxi ride to most of the sights. Breakfast was included but it certainly wasn't the highlight of the hotel. Conversely the restaurant is worth trying and was as good as anywhere particularly for local dishes.

I paid for a room with a terrace at this hotel and it flooded so they had to move me to another room which was of a lower tier and at least $40 less a night. Instead of them issuing a credit, even for the difference, they told Hotels.com that they were "not informed of the issue" which is patently absurd given they sent a maintenance person and two maids to the room to sop up the water which had flooded the carpet and damaged my clothing (no credit for that either lol) . We ended up leaving the hotel a night early and contacted hotels.com who was unable to get any credit from the hotel. I am charging it back with my credit card company as I didn't even get to stay a single night in a room that I paid for. The hotel is overall fine. Nothing spectacular. There are better hotels within the area for a similar price.

Hotel fantástico La atención de todo el personal es excelente Las habitaciones como era de esperar grandes y comodas. El restaurante, desayuno y demás, excelente. El restaurante arriba del todo en la terraza, fantástico, muy bonitas vistas y atención excelente también. O sea, solo 5 estrellas porque no hay 6. Perfecto todo.

Need to elevate its level to represent a Hilton.Hotel caters mainly to local events such as weddings and corporate events which take control of pool, bar, and lobby areas...not focusing on the guest who pays to stay at the hotel.

The hotel is well kept. The food is good. Located in a nice part of town with good restaurants and nice supermarkets within a couple blocks. Rooms are nice, however the bed was mediocre. Hotel refused to acknowledge my Diamond Member status since the room was booked through my company...frustrating! Staff is polite and friendly but don't expect extras as common sense is not common among staff.

👍 1. Todo el personal fue muy amable. 2. El desayuno era variado y delicioso. 3. La cama era blanda y estaba bien insonorizada, por lo que pude descansar cómodamente. 4. Elegí este hotel por la piscina y reservé la piscina el día anterior.Pero cuando bajé a la piscina, me sentí muy avergonzado porque la boda estaba en pleno apogeo y no podía usar la piscina.Pude usar la piscina al día siguiente. 2. Me cobraron alrededor de $ 27 más que mi pago inicial.(El monto del pago con tarjeta se confirmará más adelante) Me comuniqué con el departamento a cargo, pero aún no hay respuesta.No soy un viajeroSoy residente colombiano. 3. En un hotel de 4 estrellas, la nevera estaba vacía y no había albornoces ... No quiero volver.

Staff are wonderful, especially Harrison who went out of his way to make our stay wonderful! Harrison gives exemplary service! Unfortunately hotel security border on harassment regarding hotel guests and friends, making them feel extremely uncomfortable. Very disappointing indeed. We have never encountered this anywhere before.Thank you for your response Miguel. I am not sure how to respond to your comment as I don’t see a place to reply other than editing my review. I appreciate your explanation and intent to secure our safety but please be careful to ask staff to go about this in a more respectful way as it’s very important as travellers that our friends not feel embarrassed or disrespected in front of a lobby full of people. This is also not the first time this has happened and I am not the first person to encounter this. Enjoy the rest of your day 🙏🏽

It’s a good hotel. Food and staff wise... Nevertheless ....if you want to have a drink with a friend or family member in your room ( even if it is for only one hour ) you have to pay 39 US$ !! ( only the 1st time is free ) That is ridiculous and I have never experienced this in any other hotel in the world... It was disappointing and that’s the reason I could not recommend this hotel...
