“Two words for this resort LUXURY ZEN. From the rooms, to the service impeccable! I got to tell you my husband and I had an unforgettable experience and we're hoping to return for Valentine's Day if all works out as planned. Flew to Cancun for the first time the day before my birthday 10/02. We received cold refreshing beverages (a mix of cucumber, ginger and lemon). Then taken to our rooms by the butler, instructions well illustrated and communicated. What more can I say...the only reason I rated this resort a 4/5 is because at the end of our stay while we were checking out at concierge, the receptionist during that shift which was Sat 10/09/2021 between 11am-1230pm (again, time interval we checked out) wasn't very polite and somewhat rude. Unfortunately, I don't recall her mentioning her name. Besides that...I would definitely recommend the Nizuc Resort and Spa, Cancun, Quintana Roo Mexico”

“Hands-down the best hotel I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. No request is too much. They attend to your every need and make you feel like you are royalty. The food selections are great, with each dining experience being better than the last when that was seemingly unimaginable.The synergy between the different teams is mind-blowing. They communicate so well and everything is very well organized. They make it too easy for you to relax (not a complaint).I believe it’s value for money. Totally worth the extra bucks you’ll spend because of the level of care and attention they show is unprecedented. Whatever your goal is for travel, they design your experience to match just that. They will help you set up any adventure on-site or off-site, help you celebrate birthdays and anniversaries in a memorable way (even if the request is last minute), and everyone knows your name.Going back again and again! I recommend you do too. It makes a difference when an entire team loves their job and provides great service from a place of genuine care, rather than obligation. Great job, NIZUC!”
