We recently did a day pass while on a cruise. My family and I thought the service was excellent. They had ample food options. The bar staff was wonderful. The pools and beach were amazing. My family and I would highly recommend. We plan on visiting again the next time we are in Freeport.

Well where can I start? The rooms were not what we expected. There was mold in the shower, the first room did not have hot water. We were moved to another room with Luke warm water and bed bugs. The buffet had flies round the food. But I must say we paid for the steak and lobster and that was very GOOD! Our trip was saved by Jamaal Storr!!!!! He went above and beyond! My husband my I was so thankful for Jamaal.

Our stay at Viva Wyndham Fortuna Freeport Bahamas was memorable. The service was excellent and the food was mouthwatering good. We enjoyed the specially tailored activities and met persons from around the world. Given that we were there celebrating my wife's birthday the staff met and exceeded my expectations, they made her feel unique and treasured. I extend my thanks and appreciation.

A vacation well spent, although, if you're like me, you'd wish the hot water can be a little bit hotter. (Shout out to the ladies that bathe in 'fire') Here, they make it known that you're on an island with the white sandy beaches, coconut trees and crystal blue waters for miles. Check out the stars on a clear night or be romantic at the poolside on a full moon. Live shows and game nights, at this truly all inclusive resort. The bar, it's free until 2am. Drunk as they come.

The archery and water sports were fun. There's plenty of activities to do so you'll have a great time! The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The food didn't sit well with my stomach (sensitive stomach), the alcohol feels watered down even though it's hella delicious. The bartenders will always give you something new if you ask for it. Definitely will go again.

Well, I had an amazing time at the Former Club Fortuna. The food was not very good and we had limited options, the rooms were not very sanitary looking at all. In fact, a dirty cup was on my balcony & bugs were inside the room. Because of the low occupancy period, many of the amenities were not available. However, the staff was friendly and helpful! The staff made the experience more enjoyable, price wasn't so bad although I wish there were local rates. I'd do again if given the opportunity.

It was a beautiful resort. It was all inclusive, food and most activities. Any other activities off the resort cost money (and a pretty penny too). Beach clean and grounds decent. Workers are friendly and willing to help (though it was hard for me to understand their accents). It is a beautiful place. Would definitely recommend.

If anyone is searching for bargain deals for hotels check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a resort on there and these guys had the best rates anywhere! Great Place To Hang out. Food Was good Needed some flavor, but all in all Clean place,great staff,and plenty of things to do. Thanks for the great memories.

This resort was incredible! My boyfriend and I decided to book a trip to the Bahamas as a getaway for a week and it did not disappoint! For an island that only a few months ago had a devastating hurricane, it was built back up very fast. The resort we stayed at didn’t even look like it was 9FT underwater, it was beautiful, the staff were wonderful people, the beach was breathtaking and the food was delicious! I have nothing bad to say about this resort at all! We didn’t have hot water in our room but we could see the bigger picture and knew that not EVERYTHING was going to be 100% and we were okay with that! People who are giving this place bad reviews can’t see the bigger picture of what this island just went through. If you’re considering going to this resort.... DO IT! You will not be disappointed. You can also meet some incredible people on your travels there 😆

When rating a vacation destination one has to do so based on controllable circumstances such as amenities, service, location .... Not weather or type of food not available. Viva Wyndham is a relaxing and relatively well equipped resort with more than exceptional staff. The people here are very polite and genuinely happy to see you. I travel with two young children and could not say a negative thing about the resort and it’s staff. In terms of weather, yes. It was extremely windy and overcast skies which did change the overall mood of the vacation but non the less they say when served lemons 🍋, make lemonade. The beach was picturesque, almost postcard ready. It was well worth the trip alone. Viva Wyndham Fortuna is not necessary a party place, nor are the Bahamas in general but well tempered for relaxing family and friends getaways..... The food was great, the drinks of abundance and most of all the ‘staff’ was what made this place come together.......
