Este encantador hotel, ubicado en una magnífica casa de campo inglesa y totalmente renovado en el 2010, está muy bien ubicado en el límite de la finca de 200 acres del Palacio de Syon. El hotel está a sólo 10 minutos en coche de la estación de metro de Richmond desde donde los huéspedes podrán acceder directamente a la ciudad de Londres. Kew Gardens se encuentran a aproximadamente 3,8 km de distancia. Este hotel boutique es el lugar perfecto para aquellos huéspedes que deseen pasar unas relajantes vacaciones rodeados de naturaleza, pero no muy lejos del centro de la ciudad.

“Spent 2 nights in a conference. I had requested a late check out (1600hrs check out as flight was at 2030hrs) and was only told at the time of checking in that they could only extend by 1-2hrs max. I wish they had told me earlier so I could have made alternative arrangements. Separately, the room and cleanliness are acceptable. The staff at breakfast are very helpful. The lunch and dinner buffet was dismal.”

“Stayed overnight for the 6 nations rugby. Fantastic location, staff are very accommodating. Given the location it has almost everything you would expect from the Hilton brand. The real disappointing oversight by the hotel, is that there are no electric charging points available. This created additional annoyance as even though my car has a range of 220 genuine miles, I had to stop at a public charger on my way home. Come on Hilton, let's get up to date.”
