“The good: The location is optimum. The staff is kind and readily available. Overall the grounds and main areas of the hotel are tidy and nice. The bad: The room we used is in dire need of carpet and furniture steam cleaning.The condition is enough to think twice about walking without shoes on. I did contact front desk and they thanked me for notifying them, but no solution during my stay.“Good evening, thank you so much for your feedback as it is needed to help improve the property. I want to take the time to sincerely apologize you had to experience these issues during your stay. I wish we had the opportunity to make a change during your stay and hope to see your return in the near future. -Brianna”I hope the hotel institutes a policy for spot steam cleaning as housekeeping notes need.This room is in great need.
