“The rooms were nice. My only complaint was you can hear people outside talking in front of the hotel. They were sitting on chairs in the court yard. I would think the exterior windows would be sound proof for lower floors. Also one of the elevator stopped working so only one elevator. Room had 2 queen bed, microwave, fridge, ironing box, coffee maker. Check-in and checkout was super easy.”

“This hotel was very nice and the lady at the front desk was also. My issue is that we drove 6 hours to come to a concert that was cancelled on a Thursday and rescheduled for Monday. We literally checked into the room and and checked back out within 5 minutes. They would not work with us to change our reservation to Monday. I understand that they were not at fault for the cancelled concert, but it would have been nice for them to work with us. We had to go home to attend work so we could take more days off to come back Monday. They made $140 off of our misfortune for 5 minutes of opening the door and setting our things down. Talk about greed. I know I would be a more compassionate and forgiving person. We stayed elsewhere after I received not even a response to my message to the hotel. They couldn't be bothered.”
