“Rooms seemed clean and basic. I liked how the floors were not carpet. Although the shuttle was free, we waited 45 minutes for it to arrive even though the airport is only 8 minutes away from the hotel (they kept saying 10 more minutes, multiple times). Our room also had a heavy smell of cigarettes and we had to keep the window open, even though the sound of traffic from the nearby highway was loud. For me, it was the strong smoke smells in our room that made our stay less comfortable.”

“I had the worst experience in this hotel. We had booked our service to the airport at 6.45 and we were ready at 6.46. Fair enough, we were ONE minute late, but the way the driver shouted at us was out of this world, I had never experienced this rudeness by someone. He said that as we were going to T4 we should’ve been there 15 minutes earlier, but how were we supposed to know? There are many hotels in the area. I suggest you go somewhere else, I would not like anyone to experience what we did, such a bittersweet start of our holidays”
