“Terrible staff, people at the front desk seemed grumpy and very short with you so I tried to not ask them anything unless I really needed to. After checking out I realized I left clothes in the closet, I called several times and was told they have a lost and found but no one would go check, would take a message but not call back. Finally I get someone to check and she said my items were not there. So where did they go??? And no one seems to care. I guess it's finders keepers not lost and found.”

“Excellent customer service, friendly and accommodating staff. James made everything go smoothly when we arrived and departed. When asked for early check in and late check out, got it without any hassle. Rooms were very clean, well appointed, spacious with kitchen and big fridge. Good looking bathroom and very comfortable bed with nice linens. Well decorated lobby. Everyone is very thoughtful and caring to insure that you are enjoying your stay. We’ll be back”
