“Do not expect to take a hot shower. This hotel doesn’t have any hot water. We tried in the evening around 3- no hot water. Called front desk whom said they would send someone out. Got back to hotel around midnight to yet again no hot water to shower in. No hot water again in the morning before we left. When we checked out I again informed of my issue with hot water and was offered a free snack for my inconvenience. (I don’t want a free soda, I wanted a hot shower) Other wise the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and hot. But not having hot water to take a shower is a huge downfall for me. Wouldn’t stay again because of this.”
