“Will book this hotel again. They advertise as being pet friendly, but once you’re there with your pet they tell you the dog has to be in a cage if we want to use the elevator. The staff was very rude and basically kick us out with our pet. Stop advertising as per friendly when you’re actually pet unfriendly.”
