“We had an amazing stay and enjoyed the entire experience while in Madrid. Everyone was so kind and attentive. The rooms and hotel are beyond beautiful with a great location! Indigo at the front desk was so welcoming and showed us great spots to visit, he said hello to us each time he saw us by using our name which was so nice. Joaquin, the concierge was also super pleasant and made reservations for us. Oroya is beautiful with great cocktails and food. Our server Antonio was knowledgeable and helpful while eating there. The bartender Victor was so enjoyable to talk to and recommended great drinks at the bar on the rooftop. Everyone was amazing. Will definitely come back to this location in the future!”
