Our experience at the hotel was wonderful! The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The room was roomy and beds so comfortable. The bathroom was large, with a lot of counterspace. The breakfast was very nice! The servers were friendly, patient with all of us and helpful. The coffee was great!!

The staff was so friendly and really on top of things. Raquelle checked us in and it was the smoothest check-in I have ever had. We also needed something printed early in the morning and the front seat staff was so helpful and accommodating. Best stay we have had in a long time!

Fantastic stay. Everything worked out well. Airports pickup arrived within 20 minutes of calling the hotel. Breakfast was adequate. All facilities (including bathroom) was clean and functioning. Bed was soft and comfortable. Staff were very helpful with all our queries. Overall we enjoyed our 5 days' stay and found the hotel to be value for money.

Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Incluye desayuno pero es bastante light. El estacionamiento es bastante amplio. El problema que tuve con este hotel es que el depósito que te piden dejar de $300 CAD en tarjeta de crédito y tardaron 8 días prácticamente en regresarmelo.Spacious and clean rooms. It includes breakfast but it is quite light. The parking lot is quite large. The problem I had with this hotel is that the deposit that they ask you to leave of $ 300 CAD on your credit card and it took practically 8 days to return it to me

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were pretty clean and comfortable. They definitely lacked towels and other amenities like soap and shampoo. They left enough for 1 person for one day. I clearly let them know there are two of us. Wasn't an issue getting them from front desk but good luck getting through when calling the front desk from your room.

The hotel was pretty nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good - definitely a step above your usual “continental breakfast”. The room was mostly clean, but the shower and towels had a few hairs in them and underneath the bed was very dusty and had a bunch of things like bottle caps and pills underneath. Hotel staff doesn’t come to clean, grab the trash, or give new towels or sheets or anything unless you call and request. I definitely would stay here again though.

I always read the lowest reviews, so I'm putting 1 star to say that this hotel deserves 10 stars. My wife and son ( 6 y/o ) made here the 3 nights mandatory quarantine. We were worried reading the reviews in the hotels that government made mandatory. After a call at the reception I got all my answers and decided to book. Shuttle bus was good. The driver was nice and professional. Reception was good too. Gave answers and served quick. Were very friendly. My son loved the room. And the price was much much lower than we heard and saw in other hotels. 2 queen beds, clean, high ceilings and nice. Staff was super-friendly and was very disponible to explain and serve. We didn't expect that. Food was good too. From a nightmare, my son said it was a like a holiday. Thank you to all the staff.

Mesmo em um pacote especifico para aguardar o resultado de teste de covid19 (quarentena de 3 dias - Canadá), tive ume experiencia fantastica!Toda a equipe se mostrou sempre amigável e eficiente e as refeiçoes eram sensacionais. Eram pratos sempre bem elaborados entregues nos horarios estipulados.Ficamos em um quarto impecável, limpo e com vista agradável.Mesmo com todas as restricoes decorrentes da pandemia e do nosso contexto como hóspedes (quarentena de 3 dias), tivemos dias agradáveis. Parabéns a todos.

Al llamar para hacer la reserva te dicen que te devuelven noches no usadas por el tema del resultado prueba covid y después cuando llegas y te vas a ir dicen que no, que no es verdad. :(

La alimentación estuvo pésima, siempre nos sirvieron el mismo tipo de comida (pollo) y no existió variedad.Pedimos que la comida no sea con picante y dos dias nos dieron pollo picante. Por 3 ocasiones no nos trajeron la comida a tiempo y luego de mucho tiempo de llamarles nos la fueron a dejar.El baño tenia daños que generaban un ruido que no nos dejó dormir. La televisión por cable no funcionó bien.
