“Spent an overnight after getting in to town. Received an upgrade which was nice. Hotel restaurant is on a reset, just returning to normal due to pandemic. Breakfast available, but no dinner, as of yet. Has a big city feel. Not on beach front. Park across the street.
Note: It is a walk to get to the beach. Great exercise.”

“A great place to stay if you LOVE hearing motorcycles make their engines scream to 14,000 RPM & other cars trying to match the cacophony of sound at all hours of the night. The hotel really accommodates this experience by making sure the windows in the hallway are rusted in place and can’t be shut, even when you call the front desk and request them to be temporarily closed so they’ll help reduce the sound coming in from the street and reverberating against the walls. Another way they let the sound come in is through the balcony door. The door to the balcony *technically* closes, but just barely so it seems like. It still allows sounds to pour into the room from the street below.
One positive thing is the air conditioning is cold, got the room to 64°🥶.”
