“Have been in many double trees and this one realy was dissapointing. The hotel felt a little out dated. But the worst was that we checked in late after a long drive from ny, i was laying next to my son when i asked him why his feet stunk, and that he smelled like sweat? He thought i was joking so we went to sleep after showering. In the middle of the night i kept smelling the sweat and dirty feet. Now it could’nt be him. After jumping out of bed freaking out i relized we laid in a dirty bed. My sons feet never stinks and hes a germafobe. Showers 3 times a day. Someone before us rented the room and laid on the bed dirty and sweaty. This is unexceptable! We have been free of covid infection since the pandemic started. Now im worried sick we might have been infected do to a inrespossible, unprofessional hotel. They are clearly not follwing safty protocol. Please STAY AWAY your life might be at risk. Will keep you guys updated with our covid test results.”

“Truly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Terrible service and dirty hotel. I stayed for seven nights for a long work trip. They say you now must ask to have your room cleaned each day. They don’t make that clear anywhere either. When I saw my room wasn’t cleaned the first day I asked them to ensure it be cleaned every day going forward. The person at the front desk said “no problem” and said he put me down for daily cleaning. Second day still not cleaned. I called the front desk again and they said cleaning crew would get it the next day. Same pattern day after day. I kept calling to complain, and they would have some lame excuse every time. Half the time they would tell me I have to request it even though I had already requested it multiple times. I wouldn’t have anywhere to put the dirty towels that kept piling up, so would throw them out in the hallway. I had to keep asking for towels too since they wouldn’t clean the room. Ultimately they only cleaned my room one time the entire time I was there. I asked to speak with the manager twice, but never got any call backs. This was maddening and inexcusable. The hotel staff here aren’t doing their jobs and don’t deserve your business.”
