Devido a um projeto, que foi estendido várias vezes, passei alguns meses no total aqui este ano. Recepção, Bar, Segurança, equipe de arrumação etc. foram todos tão incrível. Me senti muito bem-vindo aqui e a competência geral, bem como a motivação da equipe para tornar a sua estadia especial, foi totalmente notável. Realmente vai perder a maioria deles e espero vê-los novamente! Absolutamente recomendado do meu lado. Boas viagens a todos! 🙏🏼

Due to a project, which got extended over and over again, i spent quite a few months in total here this year. Reception, Bar, Security, Housekeeping staff etc. were all so amazing. Felt very welcomed here and the overall competence as well as the motivation of the staff to make your stay special was totally outstanding. Really gonna miss most of them and hope to see them again! Absolutely recommended from my side. Safe travels everyone! 🙏🏼

Minha filha e eu ficamos aqui na semana passada durante o fim de semana do dia da independência. O hotel era calmo, limpo e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e acolhedores. A localização era ideal: caminhamos até o AMC para uma noite de cinema em frente ao hotel! A comida do café da manhã estava tão bem preparada que deixei uma nota para o gerente do serviço de alimentação sobre o quanto apreciamos a comida maravilhosamente preparada, embora tenha sido um fim de semana lento com muito poucos clientes no hotel. Estou impressionado com a qualidade do serviço e recomendo este hotel!

Minha família e eu um grande grupo mais de 200 pessoas se hospedaram no hotel o Marriott em Gaithersburg Maryland no último fim de semana de 1º de julho. Na descrição do hotel lista claramente que eles têm uma piscina. Então, quando eu fui fazer o check-in, eles disseram que não havia piscina que eles se livraram da piscina. Por que o pool ainda está listado online que é um anúncio falso. I foi cobrada uma taxa padrão de US$ 316 por 2 noites. Durante a minha estadia, a equipe não limpou os quartos, pegou lixo / comida, fez as camas ou trocou as toalhas. Mesmo que eu estivesse lá apenas por 2 noites. Ouvi um membro da equipe dizer "eles estão aqui apenas por 2 noites". Eu gostaria de ser tratado como se fosse pago para ficar aqui, não como se estivesse descansando de graça. É ridículo. Aparentemente havia um “cartão” que deveria ser preenchido… do qual nenhum de nós foi informado. Por fim, fiz o check-out há 4 dias, estou apenas recebendo um e-mail dizendo que meu cartão foi cobrado $ 25. Liguei para o hotel, eles estão me dizendo que não há registro, não está no nome e não há cartão #. Enquanto isso, tenho a transação e o e-mail para provar.

My daughter and I stayed here last week during the independence day weekend. The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location was ideal: we walked over to AMC for a movie-night right across the hotel! The breakfast food was so well prepared I left a note to the food service manager about how much we appreciated the wonderfully prepared food, even though it was a slow weekend with very few customers at the hotel. I am impressed by the quality of the service and highly recommend this hotel!

My family and I a large group over 200 people stayed at this hotel the Marriott in Gaithersburg Maryland over the past weekend of July 1st. In the hotel description clearly lists that they have a pool. Then, when I went to check in they said there was no pool that they got rid of the pool. Why is the pool still listed online that is false advertisement. I was charged a standard rate of $316 for 2 nights. During my stay staff did not clean rooms, take garbage/food, make beds, or change towels. Even though I was only there for 2 nights. I heard a staff member say “they’re only here for 2 nights”. I would like to get treated like I payed to stay here not like I’m lounging around for free. It’s ridiculous. Apparently there was a “card” that was supposed to be filled out… that none of us was informed on. Lastly i checked out 4 days ago I’m just recieving and email saying my card was charged $25. I called the hotel they’re telling me there’s no record it’s not under the name and there’s no card #. Meanwhile I have the transaction and the email to prove it.

Participei de uma celebração pelo trabalho lá e o catering e o serviço foram excelentes. Os trabalhadores/serviço de catering à noite foram muito simpáticos e educados. Eles até nos trouxeram talheres quando perguntamos quando estávamos de pé (não a nossa mesa) comendo e tirando fotos.

Attended a celebration for work there and catering and service was superb. The catering workers/service at night were very nice and polite. They even brought us silverware when we asked when we were standing up (not our table) eating and taking pictures.

Visitei este local para viagens de negócios e fiquei excepcionalmente satisfeito com minha experiência. Na chegada, recebi um pequeno presente de boas-vindas [como membro do programa de recompensas] e tive um lindo quarto de frente para o lago. Fiquei satisfeito que estava tranquilo e todas as solicitações de serviço foram atendidas com cuidado.Durante a minha estadia, aproveitei a academia, o restaurante e as atrações adjacentes do Rio. Foi muito bom ter a opção de ir ao cinema ou passear pelo lago bem ao lado da porta da frente.Apesar de ter havido muitos destaques desta viagem, a melhor parte foi sem dúvida o serviço prestado pela Carla [recepção]. Ela foi acima e além para me ajudar com todas as minhas dúvidas e se familiarizar com a área. Eu até tive alguns pedidos que não faziam parte das ofertas regulares e ela ajudou a criar e entregar soluções inovadoras. Foi um alívio refrescante receber um serviço de atendimento ao cliente tão excelente que seria mais comumente associado ao St Regis.Em geral, recomendo vivamente este hotel para qualquer viajante de negócios e também acredito que seria adequado para famílias, pois é bastante seguro e organizado. Há também atrações adjacentes para crianças, incluindo um carrossel, uma grande arcada e vários restaurantes familiares de alta qualidade.

I visited this location for business travel and was exceptionally pleased with my experience. Upon arrival, I received a small welcome gift [as a member of the rewards program], and had a beautiful lake facing room. I was pleased that it was quiet and all service requests were tended to with care. During my stay I enjoyed the fitness facility, restaurant, and adjacent attractions at Rio. It was very nice to have the option to go to the movie theatre or walk around the lake right next to the front door. Even though there were many highlights of this trip, the best part was undoubtedly the service provided by Carla [front desk]. She went above and beyond in helping me with all of my questions and become acquainted with the area. I even had a few requests that were not part of the regular offerings and she helped craft and deliver innovative solutions. It was a refreshing relief to receive such excellent customer service that would be more commonly associated with the St Regis. Overall I strongly recommend this hotel for any business travelers and also believe it would be suitable for families as it quite safe and orderly. There are also adjacent attractions for children including a carousel, large arcade and multiple high quality family restaurants.
