Mattresses worn out, could feel the springs through the fabric, very uncomfortable, need to be replaced. Laundry washer and dryer were $2.00 per cycle. Just stayed at the Home 2 Suites in Fort Collins and they were $0.50. Hotel is old and expensive for condition and amenities. On this trip also stayed in new and much nicer Hilton Garden Inn at Topeka for same price. If visiting for the iron mountain hot spring do yourself a favor by spending a little more $ and stay at the Courtyard or Residence Inn (both new) across the river.

There is a reason why we always stay at Hampton Inns. My personal favorite is the breakfast, What with the waffle bar and selection of other wonderful breakfast goodies. second favorite is the quality. the rooms are great, the beds and pillows are super comfortable. It's just a good experience Every time

Nós apreciamos muito a nossa estadia no Hampton Inn Glenwood Springs. O hotel recém-reformado foi muito acolhedor. Quero começar dizendo que concordo 100% que Sally, a GM, é profissional e cortês. Basta dizer que havia um risco biológico claro e muitas manchas de origem questionável em tudo - colchões, abajures, pisos, cortinas. Uma pilha de lixo estava enfiada no sofá-cama. Nosso quarto parecia e cheirava a uma cena de crime que ainda não tinha sido limpa. O hotel lidou com minhas preocupações com respeito e fez o certo por nós como hóspedes pagantes, mas este hotel não tem negócios alugando quartos para ninguém. Embalei tudo o que vestimos enquanto estávamos no quarto em um saco selado que levei para casa para lavar com água sanitária e desinfetar - é assim que tenho certeza de que havia patógenos no ar e outros. Não fique aqui. Os proprietários precisam renovar completamente este hotel de cima a baixo antes que seja um lugar seguro para qualquer pessoa ficar.

Quiero comenzar diciendo que estoy 100% de acuerdo en que Sally, la gerente general, es profesional y cortés. Sin embargo, estoy desconcertado por la posibilidad de que alguien en cualquier lugar tenga algo positivo que decir sobre este hotel. Viajo bastante y nunca me he alojado en ningún lugar que pensara que era un peligro real para la salud. Este hotel debe ser destruido, condenado o quemado hasta los cimientos y reconstruido. Baste decir que había un riesgo biológico claro y muchas manchas de origen cuestionable en todo: colchones, pantallas de lámparas, pisos, cortinas. Había un montón de basura en el sofá cama. Nuestra habitación se veía y olía como una escena del crimen que aún no había sido limpiada. El hotel manejó mis preocupaciones con respeto e hizo lo correcto por nosotros como huéspedes que pagan, pero este hotel no tiene negocios alquilando habitaciones a nadie. Empaqué todo lo que usamos mientras estábamos en la habitación en una bolsa sellada que llevé a casa para lavarla con lejía y desinfectarla; así de seguro estoy de que había patógenos en el aire y otros. No te quedes aquí. Los propietarios deben renovar completamente este hotel de arriba a abajo antes de que sea un lugar seguro para que cualquiera se quede.

I want to start by saying that I agree 100% that Sally the GM is professional and courteous.However, I am baffled by the possibility that anyone anywhere would have a positive thing to say about this hotel.I travel quite a bit and never have I stayed anywhere that I thought was an actual health hazard.This hotel should be gutted, condemned or burned to the ground and rebuilt.Suffice it to say there was clear biohazard and many many stains of questionable origin on everything - mattresses, lampshades, floors, curtains. A pile of trash was stuffed into the pull out couch.Our room looked and smelled like a crime scene that had yet to be cleaned up.The hotel handled my concerns with respect and did right by us as paying guests but this hotel has no business renting rooms to anyone.I packed up everything we wore while in the room into a sealed bag that I took home to wash in bleach and sanitize - that is how sure I am there were airborne and other pathogens.Do not stay here.The owners need to completely renovate this hotel from top to bottom before it will be a safe place for anyone to stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Glenwood Springs. The freshly remodeled hotel was very welcoming. The room and common areas were all clean, the beds were super comfy, and the breakfast was great! All of the staff we encountered went out of their way to be friendly. We will absolutely return for another stay!

Apareceu para reserva no sábado (a segunda-feira). Apesar de eu ter um e-mail de confirmação (e o aplicativo atualmente mostrando minha reserva correta) que minha reserva não era até o dia seguinte e eles não tinham quartos. Não parecia que eles iriam ajudar em nada até eu apontar que eu era um membro Diamond. A recepção ligou para alguém que os instruiu a ligar para um hotel local e me arranjar um quarto, o que eles fizeram. O quarto, apesar de estar em um hotel geralmente mais agradável, era um quarto interno de uma única rainha (ou seja, sem janelas para o lado de fora) com um banheiro minúsculo (a pia tinha que estar no quarto), e geralmente não ficava nem perto do quarto que eu reservado (rei com estudo).Apareceu na noite seguinte e o mesmo recepcionista estava lá. Quando eu disse a ele honestamente como eu me sentia sobre isso (como acima), ele basicamente disse que isso é muito ruim e continuou a nos verificar. Não me ofereceram água ou lanches. Ele pode ter dito a palavra "desculpe" em algum momento durante tudo isso, mas eu honestamente não me lembro porque se ele disse, não foi nada sincero.Acordei na manhã seguinte com o recibo no meu e-mail. De alguma forma, eles conseguiram me cobrar a taxa mais alta para aquela noite (o que deveria ter sido minha taxa de sábado à noite para minha reserva que "não existia") em vez da taxa mais baixa de domingo à noite. O recepcionista (Tom desta vez) foi útil e conseguiu que corrigido, mas foi como um tapa na cara sobre o que tinha sido honestamente uma das minhas piores experiências em lidar com um Hilton propriedades nos últimos 10 anos.

Apareció para la reserva el sábado (hasta el lunes). A pesar de tener un correo electrónico de confirmación (y la aplicación que actualmente muestra mi reserva correcta) mi reserva no fue hasta el día siguiente y no tenían habitaciones. No parecía que fueran a ayudar en absoluto hasta que señalé que yo era un miembro Diamante. De alguna manera se las arreglaron para cobrarme la tarifa más alta por esa noche (lo que debería haber sido mi tarifa del sábado por la noche para mi reserva que "no existía") en lugar de la tarifa más baja del domingo por la noche. El recepcionista (Tom esta vez) fue servicial y logró corregirlo, pero fue como una bofetada adicional en lo que honestamente había sido una de mis peores experiencias al tratar con propiedades Hilton en los últimos 10 años.

Showed up for reservation on Saturday (through Monday). Despite my having a confirmation email (and the app currently showing my correct reservation) that my reservation wasn't until the following day and they had no rooms. Didn't seem like they were going to help at all until I pointed out that I was a Diamond member. Front desk called someone who instructed them to call a local hotel and get me a room, which they did. The room, despite being at a generally nicer hotel was an single queen interior room (i.e. no windows to the outside) with a tiny bathroom (the sink had to be in the bedroom), and just was generally not even close to the room I booked (king w/ study). Showed up the next evening and the same front desk clerk was there. At first he didn't remember us, but then he did and asked how our other room was. When I told him honestly how I felt about it (like above), he basically said that's too bad and continued to check us in. Didn't get offered waters or snacks. He may have said the word "sorry" at some point during all this, but I honestly don't remember because if he did, it wasn't sincere at all. Woke up the next morning to the receipt in my email. Somehow they managed to charge me the higher rate for that night (what should have been my Saturday night rate for my reservation that "didn't exist") instead of the lower Sunday night rate. The front desk clerk (Tom this time) was helpful and managed to get that corrected, but it was like an extra slap in the face on what had honestly been one of my worst experiences in dealing with a Hilton properties the last 10 years.

Este hotel é incrível. Eu fico aqui toda vez que vou para Glenwood. A equipe é sempre super prestativa e eu nunca estive em um hotel mais limpo. Mesmo aqueles com a "classificação mais alta" arrumação e funcionários aqui precisam de um aumento porque eles estão tornando seu lugar fenomenal e eu adoro isso aqui. Obrigado por outra estadia confortável e limpa para meus filhos e eu.

This hotel is awesome. I stay here everytime I go through or to Glenwood. The staff are always super helpful and I've never been to a cleaner hotel. Even the ones with the "higher rating" Housekeeping and staff here need a raise cuz they're making your place phenomenal and I love it here. Thanks for another clean comfortable stay for my kids and I.

Han arreglado el ascensor, los calentadores de agua y las ventilaciones de cada habitación.Le daré a este hotel una revisión de 5 estrellas si hacen lo siguiente: Deben hacer un control de calidad de la habitación antes de adivinar el check in. La bañera y el lavabo de mi habitación (305) no drenaban correctamente, la lámpara del techo en el baño no estaba En funcionamiento, la unidad de aire acondicionado / calefacción se disparó, el papel de la pared se está pelando en el baño y un par de pantallas de lámparas están rotas. Deberían reemplazar los viejos papeles de pared. Deberían cambiar la alfombra.En general, quedé satisfecho con la atención al cliente y el servicio, aunque el descuento que me dieron por tener problemas con mi habitación no estaba a la altura. El personal de limpieza fue genial! La señorita de la recepción, Dulce, fue una anfitriona increíble. El desayuno estuvo bueno. El encargado de mantenimiento, Cesar, fue amable y eficiente al solucionar algunos de los problemas de mi habitación.Espero quedarme aquí nuevamente, como miembro valioso de Hilton Honors, continuaré siendo un cliente leal. Solo espero que se tomen en serio mi reseña y que lo mencionen al menos en una estrella más la próxima vez que visite Glenwood Springs.

They have fixed the elevator, the water heaters, and ventilations to each room. I will give this hotel a 5 star review if they do the following: They should do a quality room check before guess check in. My room's (305) tub and sink weren't draining correctly, the over head lamp in the bathroom wasn't functioning, the AC/Heating unit was tripped, wall paper is pealing in the bathroom, a couple of lamp shades are broken, and carpet looks old and worn. They should replace old wall papers. They should change the carpet. All in all, I was pleased with the customer care and service, even though the discount they gave me for having issues with my room, wasn't up to par. The cleaning staff were great! Front desk young lady, Dulce, was an amazing hostess. The breakfast was good. The maintenance person, Cesar, was friendly and efficient at fixing some of the issues with my room. I look forward to staying here again, as a valued Hilton Honors member, I will continue to be a loyal customer. I only hope that they take my review seriously and brings this up to at least one more star next time I visit Glenwood Springs.

Primera impresión es que está super limpio. Están tomando las medidas de limpieza en los cuartos. Al entrar las puertas tienen un sticker donde dice Stay Clean. Es como un sello que se rompe al entrar. En los espejos hay sellos notificando como están limpiando.El cuarto olía muy limpio. El baño impecable.
