“I hate leaving negative reviews, I stay at this hotel about 60 nights a year and this week is the last of it for me. Each time I have a bad experience I brush it off and keep coming back because the area is convenient to where I work and the airport. I always book thru the app and nothing was unusual. I show up and it’s under construction which I thought was great because the hotel really needs some attention. I do wish the site stated such so I had an option to go elsewhere but I let that go. The first morning I went for breakfast and there’s no seats and the girl said it’s a grab and go…I went with it. Come back to the construction zone and everything is good, the next morning I had a nice cold shower, reported it to the front desk and was ensured it would be addressed. Come back at 3 and they said it was fixed, it wasn’t, then was in parts of the hotel. At 7pm I was trying to wash up and no hot water again and was informed the staff left for the day. I let it roll. Morning 2 another cold shower, reported it and they said it would be fixed that morning. Came back and 1, no hot water…what a mess. I was told so many conflicting stories and here it is after 7pm and I’m gearing myself up for a 3rd cold shower in the am. As a side note, I was given the managers email to contact and complain. He offered me 20% off and I told him my company pays and that doesn’t help me. He offered points and with no other options I accepted and then he made a snide remark about companies paying for rooms and individuals reaping the points. He was a jerk in a sneaky way! Needless to say I’m done with this location. My room was dirty, service was terrible, no hot water and went to chill by the pool and it’s filthy. I have pictures to share if there’s a doubt. Save yourself and stay at another Hilton property!”

“The staff is super kind, but the hotel is putting guests in rooms next to a demolition/major remodel next door with dudes hurling huge pieces of metal out a window into a dumpster from at least 10am to 2am…. No warning. No ear plugs or sound machines or fans. Not the best set up for restful sleeping. Their parking lot is too small for the amount of guests, yet they are charging a large fee for parking daily?? if you need to sleep, maybe choose somewhere else”
