“The hotel was nice but a couple of folks in my group reported cleanliness issues with their rooms. Mine was just fine and super comfy. The breakfast wasn't set up for the volume of people in the hotel and there were no hot items which we usually see at other Springhill locations in the USA. The pool was filthy. I let the desk staff know and they said it was just from day-to-day use. I explained that no, it was really bad and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a VERY long time. They escorted me out there to look and immediately ended up closing the pool until it could be professionally cleaned (doesn't anyone check it?).”
