“My boyfriend and I came here in hopes to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The first few days were great, good food, drinks, entertainment and environment. Our 4th night there, my boyfriend began to feel extremely ill. We waited it out thinking it would pass and the day of our departure, things got worse. I went to the front desk to ask for assistance to take my boyfriend to the clinic at the Barcelo palace next door. I received no empathy and most importantly no help from the front desk. They said they could not bring him a wheel chair and no one was available to get him. We got to the clinic on our own where the doctor charged us $180 US (which the front desk did not follow protocol in which we should've been notified before going that it was private practice and not associated with the hotel) to solely check his temperature and further scare us by telling us we can not fly and insisted we spend more money to taxi and check in to the hospital with absolutely no leads of a diagnosis. We flew home and turns out he had salmonella and the flu. We only ate at the resort. As a 22 and 23 year old couple, it was not comforting being in a foreign country with not a single hotel staff member willing to give a helping hand. You will have a great time if you don't get sick. But if you do.... good luck.”

“This resort was absolutely amazing! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the all inclusive package was definitely worth it, and the atmosphere was just so tranquil and enjoyable! There are so many activities and restaurants there you don’t even have to leave the resort. I would say, the Jelly Fish restaurant which was NOT a part of the resort but, a little downwards the beach trail was not good in case you want to venture off). My husband and I went last October and stayed in the adults only area, everything about it was such an amazing, and overall relaxing experience we’re thinking of going back to THIS particular resort every year now! I would definitely recommend!”

Me gustó, buenas atenciones y comida excelente. El último edificio las bañeras tienen una mampara y resulta muy incómodo para uno entrar y salir de la bañera, eso puede ocasionar un accidente en cualquier huésped, yo casi tuve un accidente al salir. Y si uno está sentado en el inodoro y alguien abre la puerta te choca las piernas porque es muy pequeño el espacio . Es el único único inconveniente que le veo. El que quiera estar tranquilo sin molestia de menores es ideal para descansar. Considero que es un excelente hotel. Un personal muy calificado y muy atento

Food is amazing and fresh. The staff is very kind and entertaining, especially Wilson! He made sure i stayed dancing and drinking. They make sure you stay involved in the activities on the the resort. Our room was very clean with a beautiful view of the garden. Overall it’s a beautiful place to visit. Would definitely return with more friends

My stay at this place was magnificent. Compared to other all inclusive resorts the food was not that great but after we got the tip to pay a difference per person to go to the better restaurants it redeemed itself. As far as what to expect, fun staff out in the pool, loud speakers in the beach for the vibes. The fellas Angel, Joe and team are the liveliest people you will meet there. They make every moment memorable.

Where do I start? Barcelo Hotels & Resorts is so amazing. I booked 9 days at this amazing resort. I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to stay another week. The staff is amazing, the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the food, hands downs the best in the Caribbeans. It's hard to find places that Carter to vegetarians but the chef’s at this amazing resort know exactly what they are doing. They even have gluten free options which is extremely hard to find. It’s the little things that makes Barcelo a great vacation spot. They literally have something for everyone. From the countless activities, entertainment, and the beautiful beach, I highly recommend you booked your next vacation here at Barcelo! Shout out to Nicol Hernandez she’s the best. She’s literally the life of the resort!!

Sexta vez na República Dominicana, por isso sou suspeito... Mas voltava todos os anos e o Complexo Barceló merece aplausos, em quase todos os aspectos. Só havendo vontade de embirrar apontava um dos raros defeitos que possam existir, largamente compensados com a excelente praia (mesmo com as algas que são limpas diariamente com empenho) boa gastronomia, boa animação, povo simpático... A repetir, tanto quanto me permitam...

El hotel está ubicado en una zona naturalmente hermosa. Muchas algas en la playa. Muy bien distribuido y espacioso. La decoración es impecable. Tiene mucho personal amable pero falta capacitación para un servicio de calidad. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. Muy lento para responder a las demandas. Dos días sin internet y 3 horas para recibir las toallas. Los restaurantes tienen mucha variedad de comida aunque nada sobresaliente y los postres son muy malos.

Great resort with amazing and helpful staff. The resort is quite beautiful and the grounds crew clearly put in a lot of work to make it look nice (especially the beach). Entertainment staff, especially Wilson and Elizabeth were helpful and really engaged us for fun activities. Would recommend this resort and hope to be back one day

Chegamos no dia 18/05 e o quarto estava cheio de areia, sem limpar. Pedimos uma limpeza. A nossa porta estava emperrada e só abria na força. O telefone não funcionava no quarto e a iluminação é muito ruim. Teve um dia que não limparam o quarto e não trocaram as toalhas, mesmo a gente dando gorjeta. Foi um parto para conseguir toalhas e queriam nos dar as toalhas de praia, já que não tinha mais toalha de banho. O prédio principal tem 2 elevadores, sendo que um não funcionava e estava causando uma espera grande. Começamos usar somente as escadas. No último dia, precisei descer com a mala pela escada, pois o elevador desceu 3 vezes superlotado. O hotel é bonito, piscinas boas, localização genial. A comida é bem mediana e os pratos bons esgotam e demoram a reposição. Não vale o preço e as dores de cabeça.

Resort paradisíaco, localizado na zona hoteleira de Cancún, perto do cocobongo e do isla shopping. Possui linda vista para o mar,excelente infraestrutura , serviço de quarto 24 horas e restaurantes maravilhosos, tudo incluso. Porém, os motivos que me levaram a classificar o presente resort como 4 estrelas foram:1) Os garçons que ficam na piscina principal do resort, só te atendem bem se der propina ( gorjetas) para eles. Senão, te ignoram completamente. Pode ficar com a mão levantada a vontade que não estão nem aí para você;2) Em 23/04/22, fomos ao restaurante italiano localizado no resort e fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Maître. Ele nos deu uma aula de vinho. Foi a propina ( gorjeta) mais bem paga de toda a viagem. Porém, no dia seguinte, por termos sido bem atendidos, resolvemos repetir o restaurante. Novamente o Maître nós recebeu muito bem e nos perguntou se importaríamosde sermos atendidos pelo mozo ( garçom) Omar. Dizemos que não. Péssima decisão a nossa. Desde do início do atendimento, se mostrou rude e impaciente. Quando estávamos escolhendo os pra toa, o tempo todo andava de um lado para o outro. A minha esposa pediu uma coca cola , ele começou a resmungar em voz alta que estava cansado, ao invés de pedir tudo de uma vez, ficam pedindo aos poucos, só para darem trabalho a ele. Para finalizar esse péssimo atendimento, trouxe a sobremesa errada e que não teria como trocar, pois a cozinha estava finalizando os últimos pedidos para fechar;3) Todos os dias que tem festas temáticas, o atendimento nos restaurantes fica bem prejudicado, pois deslocam garçons para tal. Foi o que ocorreu no dia 28/04/22, dia do nosso último jantar. Trocaram os pratos, trouxeram Mac cheese e falaram que era risoto, olha que para convence los que não era demorou. Enfim, uma verdade confusão. Ao conversar com o garçom o motivo do qual o atendimento estava tão desorganizado, pois nas outras vezes estava tudo tão perfeito, ele me relatou que era falta de pessoal pois estavam no evento. Minha sugestão é que para esses eventos, seja contratado garçons temporários, assim não prejudicaria o atendimento.Fala ressaltar que eu e minha noiva ficamos do período de 16/04 a 29/04/22 e jantamos todos os dias no resort, tivemos essas duas experiências negativas, mas no final, o saldo foi positivo. Valeu a pena!!

Great Resort! Very clean and all the employees are very friendly and welcoming.Beach and pools are maintained well and both are very relaxing.Nice activities and entertainment.Wilson from entertainment came and chatted with us everyday and gave great suggestions on how to spend our time here.

Quick summary: To be honest the resort is beautiful. The food is "Okay"and the service is 25-75. 25% of the time service is good 75% of the time it feels like you are forcing people to do their job. As far as the activies almost none of them are worth it only one that my group didn't feel bad about spending money on after doing the activity was the "Scape Park" and even that wasn't a Wow factor but it was nice and fun. My advice is if you get this place on a deal do it and relax on resort don't spend the money on the overpriced activities and don't expect great service and you will have fun. I read too many good reviews staying how great the service and everything so maybe I am being too harsh but I do know they did not clean my room 2 days my TV was broke and I brought it up twice never got anything done about it but I didn't argue with them because I am on vacation trying to have a good time. There are a few more things I could complain about but being with good friends and you all having a good time you let things slide and you overlook others. Just my two cents.

Hotel con muy buena ubicación, a pie de playa, y unas instalaciones que están genial. En el solo adultos no tienes tanta variedad de ocio pero si acceso al Barceló Palace donde si hay muchas opciones. Tienes transporte entre todas las.areas lo que hace muy cómodo moverte si no lo quieres hacer a pie. Las habitaciones muy amplias aunque están un pelín anticuadas. Eso sí las hacen bastante tarde y en ocasiones faltan cosas. Tuvimos que pedir toallas de lavabo que aún sigo esperando. Si no te cansas a pedir no te hacen ni caso. Estuvimos 12 horas para unas almohadas..... En lo referente al personal todo correcto a excepción del Bohío, el bar de la piscina. Nunca había estado en un hotel donde se tratara al cliente sin ningún tipo de respeto,y no solo a nosotros sino a todo el mundo en general. Muy relevante la falta de profesionalidad en general, ymuy particularmente la del señor Alexis Rodríguez, que utilizaba la mofa ofensiva para todo el que allí se acercase, risitas entre ellos cuando te atendían, burlashacia la persona atendida a viva voz que como es inglés no se entera de lo que digo y un largo etc. No me ha quedado visita que haya hecho donde no hay presenciado semejante actitud. Una vergüenza.El único que si fue todo un profesional de todos ellos fue Jeffrey Silvestre, trato súper correcto y educado. Es una pena que un hotel de la cadena Barceló no supervise este tipo de actitudes, que dan una sensación horrible del sitio. De ahí que mi valoración sea esa y que me piense si repetiría en el mismo hotel en futuras estancias He estado en otros de la misma cadena y desde luego nada que ver!!

Great experience for a get away on a tighter budget. Hotel rooms/accommodation: - They were very nice. Very simple. Regularly cleaned. The only downside was that there wasn't really much space to put your belongings. Food: - Buffet had a great variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. - Some restaurants required reservations but weren't too busy. Most of the restaurants had great options and good sized portions. Activities/pool/beach: - Rosa was great as an activity director. She was very engaging and got very involved in the activities. - The pool on the adults side was very nice. Very spacious and clean. The ocean was also very clean. Clear water and easy waves.

Gostei muito da estadia no Barcelo Bavaro Beach, funções muito agradáveis e divertidas. Uma excelente praia, paraíso autêntico e com muita animação durante o dia, de salas de aula de zumba, jogos de vôlei, entre outros. Buffets com boa comida. Menos positivo para limpar dois quartos, poderia ser cuidado mais. Contudo adorei a experiência e espero voltar um dia.

La calidad de la comida ha bajado. He estado más de 7 veces en este hotel y en esta ocasión la experiencia no ha sido la misma. Por ejemplo no puedo consumir pimienta y no habían carnes sin pimienta en los buffet, mandaron a buscar y nunca llegó, mientras que tuve que salir a cenar fuera pues no había una opción adecuada para mí. El sport bar cierra a la 1 am y la discoteca cerrada, entendemos que se daño todo por estar cerrado por Covid pero recuerden que el cliente está pagando por una experiencia,La única opción ir a mí habitación sin un entrenamiento nocturno.

Todo o Hotel é excelente mas sendo a segunda vez que o visitei , penso que já poderia ter evoluído um pouco mais os quartos, pelo menos os wc precisava de trocar as banheiras por chuveiros . La habitación es limpia, amplia y muy cómoda. Las instalaciones del hotel están bien tenidas, son cómodas, amplias. Lo que más me gusta es que tiene varios ambientes permitiendo escoger cada día uno distinto dependiendo de las preferencias y lo que se busca. La piscina es limpia. En cuanto a la comida, hay bastante variedad aunque la calidad podría mejor un poco, podrían tener opciones de snacks saludables. Por último, el entretenimiento es muy divertido, están siempre pendientes que uno la esté pasando bien, contando las distintas actividades que tienen. En especial Jorky hizo que nuestra estadía fuera divertida.

Desde el primer momento tienes una atención increíble y un recibimiento muy cercano. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias con vistas al mar. La animación del hotel hace que sea todo mucho más entretenido y divertido! (Sobre todo Wilson) Para comer tienes una amplia variedad y todo muy bueno. Sin duda volveremos a repetir el próximo año

En general nos gustó bastante el hotel. Como puntos más negativos la limpieza de la habitación que la hacen bastante tarde, por lo que cuando quieres regresar a ducharte y descansar todavía la habitación no está lista, además que tuvimos que avisar en recepción que nos pusieran papel higiénico y toallas de mano porque no había; y la bebida deja mucho que desear. Lo mejor sin duda la playa, que está increíble y el equipo de animación. Solys es súper educada y divertida, te anima las vacaciones!!

Nothing spectacular about this resort.Food was good but the maid service was horrible.Had to constantly call for wash cloths, towels and toilet paper.Had to call for tissues.Sodas in the mini bar were expired.The ice bucket was really dirty.Shower water constantly went all over the floor.Had to call repair to fix phone.Staff knew or spoke very little English.Dining room staff was excellent. pool was great I was there for 6 days, never again. 3/22 till 3/28. 3 stars.

I've been to many all inclusive resorts (over 10) and Barcelo Bavero Beach is definitely top 3 for me. The food is great, the resort is beautiful and clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rosa has been the most friendly to my family and I, always offering us activities to join and is very helpful and kind. If I come back to the Dominican, I will be sure to return to this resort. The only downside is that there is no 24-hour snack bar, you must walk to the Palace (next door resort) to get snacks between meals. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints about this resort! Highly recommended!!! PS- the beach is BEAUTIFUL! Perfect for snorkelling

We are staying at the Barcelo Bavaro Beach and this place is amazing! The beach is beautiful, food is great and the animation team tries so hard to keep everyone entertained on the beach. Shout out to Wilson and Rosa who try so hard to her everyone to participate for making the beach activities so much fun! We tried the water aerobics, Zumba, dance lessons and beach volleyball - all amazing. The place is very clean and the oceanfront premium room had the most amazing views. I highly recommend upgrading to premium since the small price increase is well worth having the additional services such as the lounge, extra restaurants and free room service. We have been to many all inclusive in different places and this is the first time we plan to return here for sure!!!

We got to the clinic on our own where the doctor charged us $180 US (which the front desk did not follow protocol in which we should've been notified before going that it was private practice and not associated with the hotel) to solely check his temperature and further scare us by telling us we can not fly and insisted we spend more money to taxi and check in to the hospital with absolutely no leads of a diagnosis. We flew home and turns out he had salmonella and the flu. We only ate at the resort. As a 22 and 23 year old couple, it was not comforting being in a foreign country with not a single hotel staff member willing to give a helping hand. You will have a great time if you don't get sick. But if you do.... good luck.

Excelente resort. Todos os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. A praia é ótima, piscina ótima, bar dentro da piscina muito bom; variedade grande de bebidas. Dávamos sempre gorjeta, mas ninguém nunca fica triste se não der. À noite os melhores restaurantes já incluídos, com destaque ao Gaúcho Grill que é a melhor coisa do mundo. O serviço deles de passeio também é muito bom. Há sorvete infinito, bebidas infinitas, hambúrguer infinito, serviço de quarto 24h e é possível usar um computador a vontade e imprimir qualquer coisa. O quarto não tem uma luz principal, só luzes do banheiro, por exemplo.

Não fiquem no hotel caso queiram ter sossego! Ficamos em 2016 e amamos, por isso resolvemos fazer nosso casamento em 2020 lá. Levamos 16 amigos parar curtir uma semana no Bavaro beach e tivemos que ficar em estado de alerta e cobrando sobre nossos direitos durante todo o tempo. Demos aos nossos hóspedes copos personalizados que ‘sumiram’ do quarto de um casal de convidados e que só nos foram devolvidos depois de uma reclamação formal na recepção do hotel (sem nenhum pedido de desculpas) Todos os jantares que marcamos foram após às 22:00 porque nunca tinha horários mais cedo para grupos maiores de 6 pessoas, quando chegávamos no restaurante tínhamos que pedir tudo às pressas e sem direito a repetir nenhum prato porque a cozinha fechava às 23:00 (não tinha horário, mas todas as noites os restaurantes estavam vazios). Alguns quartos tiveram o valor total debitado duas vezes no cartão, mesmo já realizado o pagamento de 50% antes do check in. Funcionários na recepção anotando informações do cartão de crédito (incluindo código de segurança!!!) sem explicar o porquê do procedimento. Tivemos novamente que intervir para maiores esclarecimentos. Apesar do hotel ser só para adultos não há bares que ficam abertos após a meia noite, assim, tivemos que nos locomover para outro hotel do resort diariamente. O bar da piscina que em alguns dias estava aberto até as 22h não fornecia mais as bebidas que pedíamos a partir das 19h, pedimos inúmeros drinks onde o barman com extrema má vontade dizia que não tinha mais, só podíamos beber o que ele estava disposto a nos oferecer. Até que perdemos a paciência e fomos reclamar na recepção (de novo!!!). Quando íamos reclamar o funcionário do bar tirou a identificação com o seu nome da roupa, para que não fosse identificado, ainda assim, fomos e então voltamos com uma pessoa da gerência do hotel para reorienta-lo e as bebidas que até então tinham acabado voltaram a aparecer no bar. No bar do Lounge só podíamos ficar caso ficássemos conversando entre sim, sem elevar o som, apesar de ser um hotel só para adultos. Tudo foi conversado antes da reserva, estávamos para um casamento em 16 pessoas e só ficamos todos juntos no próprio dia do casamento, ou seja, todos os outros dias e eventos estávamos em grupos menores (normalmente 6 pessoas). Tudo que foi combinado sobre a cerimônia e passeios com nossa coordenadora foi excelente, porém todos os serviços e uso das áreas comuns do hotel tivemos problemas. Para ficarmos sentado, conversando sem beber o que realmente queríamos não precisamos pagar um resort só para adultos em dólar. Apesar de sermos atendidos por alguns funcionários extremamente gentis e prestativos, não recomendamos a estadia!

Hemos estado una semana en el Barcelo Bavaro. La recepcion y la gente del hotel son maravillosas y sobre todo ese equipo de animacion que son unos grandes!! Las habitaciones son perfectas, amplias pero quiza deberían separar el baño del resto y de la puerta principal. La comida es aceptable aunque creemos que debería mejorar en calidad.

Hotelazo!! Me alojé junto con mis hermanas y mi madre en hoyrl Barcelo Bavaro Beach. Personal inmejorable. La recepción del hotel muy amable, nos cambiaron a una habitacion para estar junto al resto del grupo. La comida del buffet espectacular, mucha variedad.Instalaciones estupendas, personal muy amable. Y lo mejor de todo la animación!! Aquí no te aburres!! Mucha marcha y ganas de pasarlo bien. Una mencion especial a Brillo, Solys, Rosa, Jonatan, Keyla y resto que son gente buena de corazón y que levantan el animo. Sin duda para volver.

Good. Rooms are outdated and shower water goes everywhere and floods the floor every time. Food is amazing. Service was amazing and beds are very comfy. They cleaned the rooms nicely. Water is like a bathtub. Nice clear spots in the water but lots of seaweed in between. They play music on the beach but play the same 5 - 10 songs on repeat and can get annoying. Make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen because they charge 25-$35USD per bottle at the shops. Nice and windy at the beach that keep you cool. Not too windy where the sand would pick up. A perfect in between.

This resort was absolutely amazing! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the all inclusive package was definitely worth it, and the atmosphere was just so tranquil and enjoyable! There are so many activities and restaurants there you don’t even have to leave the resort. I would say, the Jelly Fish restaurant which was NOT a part of the resort but, a little downwards the beach trail was not good in case you want to venture off). My husband and I went last October and stayed in the adults only area, everything about it was such an amazing, and overall relaxing experience we’re thinking of going back to THIS particular resort every year now! I would definitely recommend!

Phenomenal trip. Sammy Sosa was great. Lots of laughs. The disco was closed, but a lot of entertainment still going on. Everyone always worked hard and made sure you had a drink in hand. Jonathan was amazing for activities, Miskeyla was my favorite! Extremely great overall, highly recommend.

Un hotelazo. La playa es una maravilla, de lo mejor del país. Un ambiente más tranquilo que el otro hotel del complejo, el Palace. Los clientes del Beach pueden acceder a los restaurantes, bares e instalaciones del Palace. En cuanto a los dos restaurantes a la carta propios del Beach, el Chez Gourmet impresionante, y las vistas desde La Brisa a pie de playa espectaculares. La coctelería es muy muy buena tanto en el Beach como en el Palace. Y lo mejor de todo es el servicio del personal. Encantador, trabajador y muy atento. Como pequeño defecto, la antigüedad de los baños de las habitaciones, pero están correctos. El Barceló Bávaro Beach es una apuesta segura.

La entrada al hotel muy buena, la habitación muy amplia y grande aunque el baño es un poco antiguo.El personal es muy atento y amable, siempre sonriendo y transmitiendo alegría. Muy trabajadores. Fiquei com minha esposa, e mais duas pessoas na parte só de adultos (Jan/2022). O resort é imenso, tem até um pequeno shooping com algumas marcas famosas. Casino, teatro com shows diários. Pessoal receptivo e simpático. Estava com baixa lotação o que me pareceu um pouco "relaxado" com relação ao COVID, falta de álcool em gel nos restaurantes (nas mesas). Um pouco desleixado também na limpeza, fiquei um dos dias sem limpeza no quarto (com pedido para a recepção para fazê-la, ramal 1901), mas houve algumas compensações em outros atendimentos, desbloqueio do cofre, televisão não ligava, ar condicionado. Restaurantes ótimos, mas não estavam liberados todos para nós embora fosse "all inclusive", (japonês, italiano, francês e mexicano não pudemos usar, tinha que pagar US$50 para usar). Teste de COVIDpara a volta era obrigatório a um custo de US$ 20 para o antígeno, mas super organizado, não tinha filas no dia que fizemos. Tivemos um contratempo na chegada onde não encontraram a nossa reserva, embora já tinha feito em Agosto/2021. Tive que deixar um calção de US$ 500 para entrar no quarto, mas no dia seguinte me reembolsaram sem problemas depois. No geral tudo ótimo recomendo com certeza.

This place was beautiful. The staff were very friendly. Food, was good. We went to the buffet every day for breakfast and lunch to see Maria. She is a breath of fresh air, she is so friendly and you can tell she is smiling and singing even with her mask on. You can't train that amazing attitude into someone. Its natural for her! I saw so many people not tipping. That was disappointing, please make sure to tip your servers and any staff there that takes care of you. They earn it! And they share tips, so in a section with 4 people taking care of you, if you leave one dollar, they each get a quarter. Not cool. Leave a tip, show some gratitude. The beach is everything you want in a vacation. It is stunning. The crystal blue waters come right up to the shore. There are all inclusive water sports you can do, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing,paddle boats, etc. No extra charge. Other excursions are fun too, there are so many to choose from! The beach is clean for the most part and the only thing I noticed was that guests left their own trash everywhere. There are trash receptacles EVERYWHERE. I cannot understand leaving plastic cups all over the beach when you could throw them away. Have some respect for these peoples home, and for our earth. That trash should not be in the ocean. I wish the guests would not spread trash around so carelessly. All in all we had a fabulous time and cannot wait to come back!! What a beautiful place.

We visited shortly one week after a hurricane so I'm trying to give consideration given the circumstances. Views and grounds from our room were fantastic and well kept. We booked VIP w/ King bed. Received two double beds, which we did ask why but didn't complain much further. Room was okay, a little worn but views made up for that. Food was decent, hibachi was great. The upgraded places that were included in VIP were well worth it when compared to standard restaurants The hydrotherapy was great and service was fantastic for the most part all over the resort. Would I come back, probably not but not all due to the resort. I think we would just prefer Cabo or Bahamas.

Sucos artificiais nos drinks é algo inaceitável l com aqueles preços de diárias! Considero isso um desrespeito com os clientes. O restante dos serviços é razoável, mas acaba não sendo um bom custo benefício. As filas são enormes no café da manhã. Aguardamos quase uma hora para receber 2 ovos cozidos, depois que eles acabaram no buffet. Estive lá exatamente no dia em que o hotel incendiou. O alarme tocou tão baixo que não daria para escutar se você estivesse dormindo. A escada de incêndioé descontínua. No quarto andar (sentido descida) ela termina e é necessário procurar a continuação da mesma. A administração precisa reformar a escada de incêndio e construir a continuação dela a partir do quarto andar.No momento de um incêndio, se houvesse chamas, não seria possível procurar a continuação da escada. Como eu poderia dizer isso de forma construtiva? Poe favor, revejam seus protocolos de incêdio!!! Por favor, construam um escada de incêdio que funcione se for necessária. Por favor o alarme de incêndio tem que fazer barulho suficiente para acordar alguém, caso esteja dormindo.

Excelente atendimento geral. Restaurantes Excelentes. Limpeza dos quartos boa. Bom kit de "amenities." Instalações limpas, O Hotel é maravilhoso, funcionários impecáveis no atendimento de uma forma geral. Tive problemas ao checar ao hotel, reservamos um quarto frente mar com varanda, não haviam quartos disponíveis e me colocaram num quarto de categoria inferior. Para amenizar o problema, me ofereceram ao final de muita negociação acesso à área "Premier" , uma garrafa de tequila e devolução da diferença entre os apartamentos. sendo este ultimo, eu teria que entrar em contato com a Operadora de viagens para solicitar o reembolso. Mas para nossa surpresa, O Hotel não sinalizou junto à operadora a devolução do dinheiro prometido. O que me fez reduzir á três pontos a experiência que poderia ter sido 5 Estrelas.

Great place, came here with my family and it was lovely. The staff were really nice and helpful. The food was tasty and the rooms were fine. The bathtubs could look a little better, and housekeeping sometimes took too long going into 3pm territory. Also side note but they should really replace some parts on their pool tables. Other than that. The swimming pool was nice and refreshing and the train shuttle was a nice amenity as I was with my grandmother who can't walk back and forth between the beach and mall area. The beach was quite and looked beautiful

Good entertainment with no kids. Great dancers and teachers. Solani is the best dancer. Good live music in the theater. Easy to leisurely watch even from back where you can play pool and ping pong. Met some great people at the shows. Also comfortable booths.

Impeccably kept grounds, very friendly staff, especially if you try and speak Spanish. The food was nothing to write home about but not bad, and the tenderloin steak at Santa Fe put a Ruth's Chris steak to shame. The junior suite had a nice hot tub on the patio and a great view of the ocean, but could have been a little cleaner. The shower had no appropriate door and flooded the whole bathroom. The pools and beach were excellent! Tons of seating areas everywhere make you feel like it isn't crowded at all. I didn't drink the Dominican liquor, but my friend did and had a migraine each morning. Buy duty free liquor when you arrive in Punta Cana. And bring a reusable cup. You'll thank me later.
