This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Madrid allowing us to walk instead of paying for a cab. We reached out to the hotel prior to our arrival to set up a car from the airport to hotel. They responded promptly and we had a car waiting for us at the airport. Madrid all around is a very affordable city to visit. The cab from the airport to hotel was 40 Euros, going back to the airport was only 30 Euros. Our hotel room was very nice but small. Even though we were Diamond Members and HGV owners we could not get an upgrade. It could be because of the hotel location. The front desk were wonderful and the free breakfast was excellent.

I guess I don’t understand the great reviews? The front desk staff were pretty snooty towards us the whole time. Right from check in it seemed like it was an inconvenience- they hardly gave us any information about anything, just gave us the room key and that was it. We didn’t even know that there was breakfast on sight until we were checking out. There was mold in our bathroom/we requested to switch rooms but they said no because nothing was available, but the website showed they had almost every room option available. (I guess I’m not total sure how that works but it was disappointing) the rooms look into the ‘courtyard’ but it’s just an elevator and you can see across to other peoples rooms/they can see yours. It mentioned a mini bar in the room but we literally just had wine glasses and nothing to put in them? No fridge either. Was a little confusing. The room was booked with diamond memberpoints so I guess we technically weren’t out any money, but still a disappointment overall.Plus side: we liked the location.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Used my HH points for a massive discount which is handy, check in staff were very very friendly and professional. Room was spotless and lovely. Had an early check in, wasn’t rushed on check out. Washed my hair and found they provided hair straighteners with the hairdryer! Would 100% return and recommend for a Madrid base thanks!

Equipe absolutamente fenomenal! Acolhedor, simpático e atencioso. O hotel estava em ótima forma e as pessoas que trabalhavam lá eram fantásticas. Hotel muito americanizado que facilitou, todos falavam inglês. Os quartos eram espaçosos e limpos. O buffet de café-da-manhã também foi fantástico para um hotel!

Excelente hotel!Minha esposa e eu visitamos com nosso bebê e tivemos uma ótima estadia. Os quartos são muito modernos e confortáveis. Os funcionários do hotel são todos muito simpáticos e prestativos. O café-da-manhã foi ótimo com realmente bons pães e tortilha de patatas. A localização é muito conveniente, pois fica perto de muitos restaurantes e muitos locais turísticos, como o museu do Prado.

Excellent hotel! My wife and I visited with our baby and had a great stay. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. The hotel staff are all very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great with really good bread rolls and tortilla de patatas. The location is very convenient since it's close to a lot of restaurants and a lot of touristy sites like the Prado museum.

Absolutely phenomenal staff! Welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The hotel was in great shape and the people working there were fantastic. Very Americanized hotel which made it easy, everyone spoke English. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic for a hotel!

Enjoyed a great stay at this hotel in June. The staff were very friendly, housekeeping was immaculate and room service was prompt and friendly. I found the rooms to be spacious and updated. It was incredibly hot when I was there and I was immensely grateful for the air conditioning. Great location with restaurants and transportation within walking distance.

Of many Hilton stays, this was hands down my favorite. I so enjoyed the room and terrace, but I am especially fond of the Double Tree by Hilton Madrid - Prado team. They are a group of incredibly dedicated and personable individuals. Hotel com localização central, sensação de limpeza como em todo Hilton, com funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Apenas um dia, eles não limparam meu quarto, mas imediatamente me forneceram toalhas e gel de banho quando eu indiquei para eles. Para ser el hotel que es, el restaurante japones le falta mucho para ser auténtico. Sería importante que los camareros olieran bien. Es muy desagradable que te sirva un camarero que huele que apesta a tabaco cada vez que te trae algo. Además les vendría bien en el restaurante japo ser más cercanos y humildes. La experiencia nada agradable. Una pena.

This is an absolutely excellent hotel. The location was fantastic.Close to a lot of restaurants nearby and a few blocks from the main landmarks. The employees provided outstanding service .I emailed the hotel ahead of time letting them know I was arriving early and my room was ready when I arrived. The rooms are spacious, super clean, with a very modern bathroom.I had breakfast in the restaurant downstairs each morning, the service was exceptional. The breakfast selection was great and a lot to choose from.Good quality food.They even served churros!!I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Madrid.

Eu tive uma ótima visita a Madri em março, em parte graças a este excelente hotel. Um check-in amigável e funcionários prestativos durante toda a minha estadia. Um grupo caloroso de funcionários da área de café da manhã, incluindo um cavalheiro que se lembrava da minha bebida favorita todas as manhãs. O hotel está em uma excelente localização com muitos restaurantes fantásticos muito perto - e muito para ver e fazer a uma curta caminhada. Sempre desejei que a área de fitness fosse um pouco maior em hotéis pequenos, com mais alguns equipamentos, mas sei que não há muito espaço de sobra no prédio. Estou ansioso para minha próxima visita.

I had a great visit to Madrid in March, thanks in part to this excellent hotel. A friendly check-in and helpful staff throughout my stay. A warmhearted group of folks staffing the breakfast area, including a gentleman who remembered my favourite drink every morning. The hotel is in an excellent location with many fantastic restaurants very close by - and lots to see and do a short walk away. I always wish the fitness area was a bit bigger in small hotels, with a few more pieces of equipment, but I know there's not much space to spare in the building. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

La ubicación es excelente para ir al centro caminando, el buffet tiene muy buena variedad, de todo un poco. La limpieza es super, todo muy limpio, brillantemuy bien cuidado y conservado. El personal atento, amigable y educado. Y las galletas de bienvenida deliciosas. Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia super agradable.

Ficamos seis noites neste hotel,Localização excelente,silencioso muito limpo, instalações novas ,excelente banheiro. Equipe atenciosa . A camareira sempre muito sorridente . Os quartos eram bonitos porém bastante pequenos ,para as fotografias foram utilizadas lentes e ângulos que dão uma ideia de amplitude que não corresponde à realidade. Foi um pouco complicado o café da manhã, difícil conseguir mesa para quatro,e acredito que faltava pessoal,ficávamos com pratos usados na mesa e era bastante demorado para receber um café ... faltou também um pouco de simpatia na equipe do café . Sempre tensos . Não usamos o restaurante nem o serviço de quarto pois o cardápio era bastante exótico, poderia ter algo básico como um massa ou sopa que apetecem quando estamos muito tempo em viagem.

Este é um hotel absolutamente excelente. A localização era fantástica. Os funcionários prestaram um serviço excelente e qualquer dúvida que eu tinha, eles estavam lá para ajudar. Não posso dizer o suficiente sobre como eles são úteis e eu realmente não sei muito espanhol, mas eles não se importaram. Os quartos são espaçosos, super limpos, banheiro muito moderno e eu tinha uma pequena varanda agradável sobre as maravilhosas pequenas ruas de paralelepípedos aqui em Madrid. O hotel tem um charme com a localização, a arquitetura e o aspecto geral. O restaurante é realmente muito bom. Mesmo que haja toneladas de ótimos lugares todos fáceis de percorrer, eu fiz um jantar no hotel e café da manhã todas as manhãs. Com certeza ficarei aqui na minha próxima viagem a Madrid.

Llevo 30 años viajando por motivos laborales y jamás me he encontrado un hotel con un trato tan correcto, tan amable y tan delicado. Todo el personal está a tu servicio pero además lo más importante... SIN NOTARSE QUE ESTÁN y sin ser esta amabilidad "enlatada" es decir, artificial. Odio el trato correcto forzado por un guión de atención al cliente, lo odio. Maravilloso todo, el confort, la gastronomia, la decoración, los súper materiales., la ubicación. Todo perfecto.

This is an absolutely excellent hotel. The location was fantastic. The employees provided outstanding service and any question I had they were right there with help. Can't say enough about how helpful they are and I really don't know much Spanish at all but they didn't care. The rooms are spacious, super clean, very modern bathroom and I had a nice little balcony over the wonderful small cobblestone streets here in Madrid. The hotel has a charm with where it is located, the architecture and the overall look. The restaurant is actually really good. Even though there are tons of great places all easily walkable I did a dinner at the hotel and breakfast each morning. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Madrid.

These folks go out of their way to make you enjoy your stay. Only problem is that there is. Construction next to the hotel and it suuuuucks. No siesta, construction. No bueno. Anyways, besides that, great hotel the location is prime.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in September 2021 and greatly enjoyed it. Perhaps the best service at any hotel I've been to. We needed to see a doctor and the staff arranged it like it was an every day occurrence. We saw them assisting others with arranging COVID tests, car services, and luggage transfers. The hotel itself is very well located between the main plazas and the Prado, but off of the busy streets so is very quiet. It is a few blocks away from a couple of different metro stations. We found it very easy to check out central Madrid from this location.

Make sure you check size of bed first. They gave 2 adults a room with a twin bed. They could not provide a queen king 2 twins OR a cot. One of us slept on the floor for nights. Room was also small...
