O quarto foi atribuído tarde, embora eu tenha feito o check-in com antecedência. Até as 18:00 o quarto não estava pronto e o quarto que foi designado tinha piso úmido e molhado ao redor do AC e da cama.Estou grato que eles mudaram o quarto, mas levou mais 45 minutos para descobrir. Eu viajei desde Ontário e foi uma experiência bastante decepcionante para minha família

No geral, o hotel era bom, embora seja permitido fumar do lado de fora, não era arrogante. Os quartos para mim não eram tão bons quanto um Hilton tradicional, mas eram espaçosos, limpos e pareciam agradáveis. A academia era perfeita, usei quase todos os dias com TODOS os equipamentos funcionando. Eu recomendo este lugar e voltaria novamente.

Tivemos uma ótima estadia, café da manhã foi incrível e tinha muitas opções saudáveis. A equipe foi fantástica muito profissional. Viemos para ir para a terra de Lego e ficamos 2 noites. A localização era incrível, não havia nada longe. Abundância de estacionamento iluminado no lote gigante. Linda propriedade. A única desvantagem que não foi culpa dos hotéis foi as crianças do futebol correndo em todos os lugares enquanto os pais estavam do lado de fora grelhando e bebendo. É uma pena que esses pais deixem o hotel lidar com hóspedes chateados fora da festa e tenham que ter descontos para acomodar seus filhos usando o prédio como um jogo de pega-pega.

The room was assigned late even though I checked in way ahead of time. Till 18:00 the room was not ready and the room That was assigned had damp wet floor around AC and bed.I am thankful that they changed the room but it took then another 45 minutes to figure out. I travelled all the way from Ontario and it was quite disappointing experience for my family

Had a great stay, breakfast was amazing and had plenty of healthy options. Staff was fantastic very professional. We came to go to Lego land and stayed 2 nights. The location was awesome there was nothing at all to far away. Plenty of lit parking in giant lot. Beautiful property. Only down side which was NOT hotels fault was the soccer kids running everywhere while there parents where outside grilling and drinking. It's a shame that these parents let the hotel deal with upset guest outside of there party and have to had out discounts to accommodate for your kids using the building as a game of tag.

Overall the hotel was nice, though smoking is allowed outside it wasn’t overbearing. The rooms to me weren’t as nice as a traditional Hilton but they were spacious, clean, and looked nice. The gym was perfect I used it just about everyday with ALLL the equipment working. I would highly recommend this place and would come back again.

Limpo lobby e exterior, mas é só isso. 1º quarto no segundo andar estava imundo, cabelo todo, lençóis manchados, tapete desagradável e sofá, sujeira e detritos no chão e balcões. A recepção rapidamente me mudou para o 4º andar, onde fui recebido pelo que parecia ser uma bandeja de cocô de gaiolas de pássaros derramada no corredor do lado de fora do elevador. O quarto era melhor, mas ainda não estava limpo, eu estava cansado e acabei de encontrar o limpador das 2 camas para dormir. Este local precisa de muita reciclagem em limpeza e manutenção. Pior casa 2 suítes que visitei.

Área agradável perto de vários restaurantes e do shopping. Boa estadia em geral, mas com toda a honestidade, este lugar poderia usar algumas atualizações e uma boa limpeza. Os móveis do lobby estão sujos, os tapetes precisam ser aspirados e a parede da área da piscina DEFINITIVAMENTE precisa ser reparada. Eu também notei muitos animais de estimação... raças diferentes. Provavelmente não iria reservar aqui novamente.

Clean lobby and exterior,but thats as far as it goes. 1st room on the second floor was filthy,hair all over, stained sheets, nasty carpet and couch, dirt and debris on the floors and counters. The front desk quickly moved me to the 4th floor where i was greated by what looked to be a bird cages poop tray had spilled in the hall just outside the elevator. The room was better but still not clean,i was tired and just found the cleaner of the 2 beds to sleep on. This location needs alot of retraining on housekeeping and Maintenance. Worst Home 2 suites i have visited.

Nice area close to several restaurants and the mall. Good stay overall but in all honesty this place could use some upgrades and a good cleaning. The furniture in the lobby is dirty, the carpets throughout needed to be vacuumed and the wall in the pool area DEFINITELY needs to be repaired. I also noticed lots of pets..different breeds. Probably wouldn't book here again.

Os quartos são muito bons, a equipe foi muito atenciosa e tudo estava limpo. A localização é boa e há uma lanchonete bem perto do hotel, o que é muito conveniente.

Este é um bom lugar para ficar, especialmente se você vai ficar lá por mais de uma noite. As suites dispõem de sala de estar separada, kitchenette (microondas, frigorífico, máquina de lavar louça). O café da manhã é excelente se sua agenda permitir que você esteja acordado e interessado em comer das 6 às 9.Minha classificação teria sido de 5 estrelas se meu chuveiro não drenasse lentamente (eu odeio andar de tornozelo na água esperando para descer pelo ralo do esgoto ....) Outro problema, não necessariamente no hotel, foram os vizinhos extremamente imprudentes gritando um no outro às 23h... Como uma conversa normal, mas em um volume que era simplesmente ridículo.

The rooms are pretty nice, staff was very attentive and everything was clean. The location is good and there is a diner right near the hotel which is very convenient.

This is a nice place to stay, especially if you are going to be there for more than one night. The suites have a separate living room, kitchenette (microwave, fridge, dishwasher). Breakfast is excellent if your schedule allows you to be up and interested in eating from 6 to 9. My rating would have been 5 stars if my shower didn't drain slowly (I hate ankle wading in the water waiting to go down the sewer drain....) Other issue, not necessarily on the hotel, was the extremely inconsiderate neighbors screaming at each other at 11pm... Like normal conversation but at a volume that was just ridiculous.

nossa estadia foi agradável. os quartos são grandes, talvez não muito bem ventilados (as janelas não podem ser abertas). o café da manhã era bom, mas não ótimo, talvez eles deveriam adicionar mais variedade na parte "quente". em geral, a propriedade oferece várias coisas, incluindo academia e piscina. talvez a ventilação seja muito barulhenta, (mesmo quando desligada no seu quarto) muitas noites isso realmente incomodou.

our stay was pleasant. the rooms are large, perhaps not very well ventilated (the windows cannot be opened). breakfast was good but not great, maybe they should add more variety in the "hot" part. overall the property offers various things, including gym and swimming pool. maybe the ventilation is too noisy, (even when turned off in your room) many nights it really bothered.

Es la primera vez k me pasa me e quedado en muchas compañías Hilton pero este hote me decepcionó primero el cuarto k tenía una puerta como que separaba a otro cuarto segundo mucho ruido en las mañanas tercero los trabajadores gritan las 6 am y ya haciendo mucho ruido cuarto la alberca toda sucia el quinto el gimnasio no se puede hacer nada la misma gente lo usa como juego y no dicen nada MUY DECEPCIONADO ME ARREPIENDO DE AVER VENIDO AKI !!!!!

Muy agradable, buen servicio, te y café gratis, tiene cocineta el cuarto, tiene todo lo esencial (gym, alberca con clima, buena calefaccion), nomas el desayuno so está muy pobre, si desayunan poco y light está bien, sino tomen precausiones, enfrente tiene una plaza de restaurantes así que cool
