I booked them for my wedding block and it was amazing! The staff was super helpful and I cannot express how amazing Jeffrey was. He was always there when we had questions and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and everything went smoothly. The breakfast was great, simple, but great. Highly recommend for anyone to stay.

I was in the area for a wedding about 40 minutes from Lincolnshire. I also needed to go up Lake Bluff over 25 minutes away for a lunch meeting. The location is perfect. The room is what one would expect at a Hampton Inn. I was most impressed with how comfortable the bed is and the quality of the pillows. The a/c was a bit loud though. The walk-in shower is a big plus. The self-laundry uses coins $1.50 each and there is only one washer and dryer. Near The Cheesecake factory and walker brothers.

A few restaurants within walking distance, good breakfast variety too. The staff are helpful and professional. The internet was really good! The shower wasn't as clean as I'd have liked but that's the only negative thing about the entirely experience 👍

From the moment that you walk into the hotel. You are treated as if you are the most important person in the world. The tourist site recommendation from the staff were perfect. The parking that they recommended save us a lot of money. The hotel was clean and in a great location to the Great Lakes training center and prently of restaurants and shopping.

Check in and staff was great. Free bottled water at check. They helped us with an early check in for one of our rooms, which was great. But, once we got into the room, the 1st room had a pile of long strands of hair sitting right on A/C unit. Our 2nd room had a dead bird that has been dead for quite a while right outside of the window and on the 2nd day, their was a bug (silverfish) on my bag when I woke up. But, nice overall area, beds where comfortable and roomy.
