“Awesome hotel. EXCEPT they say they have lots of amenities upon request.....and we requested a) a non-existent humidifier, b) a broken coffee maker, c) hair dryer didn't work and d) $50 24/7 valet takes awhile after 11pm.
Still, we loved location and pool table.”

“I recently stayed at this hotel and it was similar to a horror film. Bedbugs, cockroaches, AC not working. I am a premium elite member and have a business account with this hotel. I had bites all over my legs, found baby cockroaches on my clothing. The AC did not go below 80° in the first room I had, and instead of fixing it they kept sending the engineer up who told me it was working fine. I found a bug in my book that was identified as a bedbug. I asked the hotel to quarantine my belongings To be treated and to have the general manager call me. I never got a phone call. The room was never inspected by an exterminator. I still don't have my belongings and it's been a month. I have reached out to the hotel, the supervisor of the general manager at HG headquarters, and IHG customer service. No one has gotten back to me. They have that $10,000 worth of my belongings. Do not stay here.”
