“Very displeased with my experience with 9 Hotel.I booked a room about three weeks in advance for one of the hotel's larger, 'executive suites'. Upon arrival at check in, I was informed that my 'executive suite' was not available due to the hotel's overbooking and therefore I would have to take a smaller room. However, I was assured I would have the larger room for my second (and final) night at the hotel.Fast forward to the second day. I am downstairs and I inquire with the staff how I go about switching rooms. The staff informs me that the room is actually not available because they gave it to someone else. I ask how that happened (given they knew I was to move into the room) and they responded it was because I hadn't come down early enough to ask for the room that they already knew I was expecting.It all made absolutely zero sense. Plus they made zero effort to contact me at any point in time either before check in or even on the second day (prior to supposedly releasing the room to another person).Overall terrible customer experience that ruined what was to be a nice romantic time in Paris.”

“The smallest rooms I've ever encountered in Paris! Cannot even open a small roll on bag! The room was also dirty and with fixtures needing to be redone. Location is so so but there is a metro very near to take you to more interesting places. There is no tea kettle in the room or a fridge. I would not waste money here.”
