I have never ever in my life had such a horrible experience!!! I am a woman with disabilities. I called 3 times before i came in the hotel to make sure they have a bath tub. They said only in the “ executive king suite “ So I paid extra for that as i cant take shower not in a bath tub. When I arrived with my husband and 6 big luggage and my service dog, i came in the suit and saw there was no bath. My husband went to talk to the manager. And he said: Oh i am sorry you want to cancel? No offering any help, said no rooms with tubs. He was horrible!!!! The worst worst hotel ever! Do not go there!!!!!

Bed was comfy, it was clean, great location. Lots of hot water, quiet room. Mini fridge would have been nice! No convenience store items on-site.

This hotel is well located near Yorkville and Bloor where you can find high end stores, bars, cafes and restaurants. Beautiful and clean room, overall great service, a nice little pool al of this for a reasonable price. On the other hand, the wifi is not stable as you always have to re-connect. Also, the gentleman who did our check out was super rude; he picked up the phone to talk to a customer instead of saying bye/thank you. Not impressed by that but the rest of staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

LlllllFor anyone wanting a stay overnight in downtown Toronto I recommend checking this place out.Also, the rooms are very modern which is nice. You don't get that very often in many hotels.4/5 stars

É um bom quarto se você não tiver problemas de reserva. Nosso representante de reservas trocou o quarto debaixo de nós quando estávamos fazendo a reserva, o que levou a um processo frustrante de reservar outro quarto. Quando acabamos chegando, parecia que um estacionamento enorme não estava realmente disponível - embora nos tivessem dito que nos garantíamos um estacionamento enorme no telefone. A qualidade do quarto em si parece bastante moderna, mas infelizmente não é muito bem trabalhada - as portas de correr rangem quando fecham e as camas não têm suporte geral. Outros quartos podem ser melhores, mas foi uma experiência decepcionante, especialmente depois de ter ouvido coisas boas a respeito.

It’s an okay room if you don’t have any reservation problems. Our Reservations representative changed out the room from under us right as we were making the reservation leading to a frustrating process of booking another room. When we ended up arriving, it appeared that oversized parking was not actually available- even though it was told to us that we were guaranteed oversized parking on the phone. The room quality itself looks quite modern, but unfortunately isn’t very well crafted- sliding doors screech as they are closed and beds lack general support. Other rooms may be better, but it was a disappointing experience especially after having heard good things about it.

Lugar muito decente com funcionários simpáticos. O aconchego e a tranquilidade do hotel foram o destaque da minha estada lá. Os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O restaurante exclusivo também foi um lugar muito decente para um jantar. Era muito espaçoso, comida excelente e ambiente agradável. Muito feliz com minha experiência.

Very decent place with friendly staff. The coziness and quietness of the hotel was the highlight of my time there. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The Signature Restuarant was also very decent place to have a dinner party. It was very spacious, excellent food and nice environment. Very happy with my experience.

I booked this room for my mother for her 60th Birthday weekend. I live down the street from the hotel but with restrictions wanted to give her a suite to her self. I have stayed here before and I must say that they really have a humble and warm approach to their service. The ladies are the front desk are AMAZING! I have always have positive interactions with them and house keeping is doing an amazing Job! - The rooms have all been upgraded but still have a luxury look and feel, the hotel was very SAFE and clean and is in an amazing part of town.I wish I knew the name of the front desk lady who is there in the mornings. She has helped me before and she is always so nice and accommodating. The all do an amazing job and the hotel is in a prime luxury location.

Tive uma experiência fenomenal de ficar no Sonesta em Yorkville. A equipe foi tão complacente e uma delícia para falar com cada vez que precisávamos de alguma coisa. Eles realmente pareciam amar o que fazem! Não só o quarto era espaçoso, como a comida era excepcional. Eu pedi a partir da experiência de jantar no quarto e eu recomendo. As vieiras estavam perfeitamente grelhadas e o salmão cozido na hora. Vou recomendar este hotel a todos os que vêm para ficar no futuro próximo!

I had a phenomenal experience staying at the Sonesta in Yorkville. The staff were so accommodating and a delight to speak to every-time we needed anything. They genuinely seemed like they loved what they do! Not only was the room spacious, the food was exceptional. I ordered from the in-room dining experience and I would highly recommend it. The scallops were perfectly seared and the salmon cooked just right. I will recommend this hotel to everyone that comes to stay in the near future!

Buen hotel, limpio y ordenado, personal amable y considerado. El único detalle que nos molestó fue que no accedieron a cancelar una noche de hospedaje, ya que por cuestiones de las aerolíneas, tuvimos que salir de Toronto un día antes y perdimos el dinero que habían cobrado anticipadamente.

El hotel esta en muy buenas condiciones, muy limpio y excelentemente ubicado en un area donde tienes de todo cerca (incluso un Tim Hortons :) ) el unico detalle que tuve fue que el internet no es muy bueno en las habs lejos del elevador y cuando lo reportas te comunican a un numero externo y te cobran la llamada, sin antes mencionarte que tendra costo. Al final tambien tuve un detalle con mi cuenta ya que no encontraban mi pago. Tal vez volveria no estoy seguro.
