“The staff were nice and we had a cute view of the Empire State building. They also offer free breakfast every morning. Just note there's a lot of construction noise and the walls are thin, so we heard the neighbors very clearly. But other than that, it's what I expected.”

“Location over Comfort Hotel is in a great part of town. Close to soho, west village, downtown and more. However, the hotel is junk. I hate to say that but the beds were awful, pillows and bedding not comfortable and had the worst sleep during my stay. Walls are thin and can hear your neighbors and doors slamming all day. Windows are thin and can hear everything outside as well including construction. Rooms are extremely small and staying in the room was miserable. Hotel needs a major upgrade! You are warned!”
