Como já havia mencionado, a suíte presidencial é sensasional e com uma vista incrível para um dos cartões postais: lagoa e roda gigante. Excelente la atención! El hotel tiene 36 años pero se nota que están todo el tiempo manteniendolo y arreglandolo. La ubicación es genial, enfrente del shopping La Isla. La playa preciosa! Y están continuamente limpiando y tomando recaudos para el Covid. Ha sido una hermosa experiencia alojarnos acá!

Sou agente de viagens, já fiquei neste hotel, e recomendei para uma família. O feedback foi muito ruim. 1 dos aptos estava cheirando a mofo! Relataram a comida ruim. Foram dormir num outro apto da mesma família no sofá porque não foram ouvidos. Lamentável! Num momento difícil deste, onde as vendas são muito raras temos que fazer um bom atendimento!! Lamentável!!

En mi opinión no todos los empleados son amables.Perode 103 no dan buen servicio. Me toco uno no olvidó su nombre Eduardo es su nombre. Muy mal carácter k tiene. Yo para mi persona no me gusto eso. Pero de ahí todo muy limpio. La comida muy buena. El lugar muy bonito. El ambiente muy bueno. Quitando el mal momento k nos hizo pasar ese empleado. Creo k podría regresar.

Muy buena relación precio y servicio. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, frente a los mejores malls, farmacias, bancos, supermercados y puntos para la toma de pruebas PC-R covid de manera segura. Muy buena zona dentro del área hotelera. Los funcionarios son muy atentos y educados. Buena limpieza. Internet en todo el hotel y gratuito, esto es importante porque existen otros hoteles que te cobran extra por el internet, o sólo te dejan conectar un número limitado de equipos, lo cual no ocurre en este hotel y le suma mucho! Buenos servicios en todos sus restaurantes (comida mexicana, italiana, de mar y comedor principal) Servicio de snack en picinas y en la playa, así como de bar. La comida es exquisita. El hotel cuenta con unas ruinas mayas, además de contar con su propio letrero de Cancún, para la toma de fotos. También tiene contactos para que tomes diferentes tours adicionales. La playa es muy buena, siempre la limpian y está resguardada, por la policía turística. Les recomiendo al 100%. Sin duda, volveré a este hotel en una siguiente visita.

Bello!!! Creo que este hotel es más para adultos que familiar. Piscina principal pequeña, la de niños pequeña y abierta solo hasta las 5 y una tercera piscina solo para adultos. Pero en general la atención del personal maravillosa!!! Y el hotel muy bien ubicado

We had great service with Fabian he attended us very well every day that we were here. He is multilingual. Even if there was something that they didn’t have something done he would have chef Victor make it. He would make us items that weren’t on the menu. The manager Guillermo was super nice and attended us very well and made sure that we were being treated amazing.

We were at the resort 1/29/22-2/5/22. We arrived at 6PM and it took about 45 minutes to check in. Even though there was nobody in front of us. We had to prompt the reception person with everything. She spoke no English and we spoke very little Spanish. She gave us a map to our room which was so lightly printed we could hardly read it. Not a very good first impression. We discovered we were in another building and when we entered our room, all the trouble checking in was forgotten. The room was fabulous. On the top floor and at the end of the building we had a huge living room, bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a huge balcony with a private stone tub on the balcony. Although not facing the ocean, Cancun is a narrow strip of land so we had a view of the large water between us and the mainland. Across the street were 2 shopping centers with many shops and restaurants. We had to ask where the restaurants were. The buffet was our only option as the specialty restaurants were reservation only. A word about the staff. They were everywhere and only wanted to help. The resort was spotless and constantly cleaned. Food. The buffet was about a 5 out of 10. There was plenty of food but nothing special. We compared it to dorm food. Breakfast was the usual with omelet stations. We discovered on day 3 that you had to ask for bacon as it was never on the buffet. Lunch buffet seemed better and the snack bar did have mediocre hot dogs, hamburgers, ribs, and pizza along with snacks. We discovered the specialty restaurants. The fish restaurant which was open for lunch and dinner was not an option as I’m allergic to fish. We did eat at the Italian restaurant 3 times and it was pretty good with excellent service. I could not understand why the second “specialty” restaurant was a Mexican restaurant after all we were in Mexico and the buffet was filled with Mexican food but it was and we ate there once and found it nothing special. We live on the West Coast and have some outstanding Mexican food. This was not. We were really disappointed with the food in general. The location was fabulous, the beach was fabulous, the pools. We are two seniors so we went to the adult pool which was actually quite nice. It had its own bar, oh. When you order drinks ask for double shots otherwise you taste nothing. There was always something going on in the regular pool. They had DJ’s everyday organizing anything. The problem was they had the microphone, music, and sound up to the level needed in Yankee Stadium. You literally heard it in the ocean and across the street by the shopping center. Why? We had a good vacation but with all the nice restaurants within walking distance, I wouldn’t stay in an all inclusive.

Our waiter Fabian, the buffet area, is absolutely the best. Hes very attentive, makes great suggestions, carries a great conversation, and makes you feel like family. He has made our vacation expierence fantastic. Ask to be seated in his area.And you won't be disappointed. Over all great service.

Honestly the best trip of our lives! Not just because we were visiting Cancun, but because of how great we were treated from the start!!! Once Gerardo found out about our 11 year anniversary, he (and every other staff we encountered) went out of their way to make us feel extra special! From the great atmosphere all the way down to the delicious food—everything very memorable. The Park Royal is great for singles, couples, and families!!! Just got back to CT and we are already looking for our next trip to Cancun and Park Royal—this time with our daughters, so they can share in this wonderful experience!

Andres is in the Mexican restaurant went out of his way to make my wife's birthday special. Thank you for your kindness and service of spirit. Gabriel in the Pescado lunch restaurant was also exceptionally kind and attentive. The wait staff are on it...never waited more than a minute and my water was refilled. Room service did an exceptional job of keeping our rooms clean and free of sand. Even left us extra waters. Beach is beautiful, the water is fun, the lifeguard (his name escapes me) does a really great job of reading the ocean and keeping guests safe with the use of flags. Best to pay attention. I was impressed with his attention to detail as well. The staff were all quite nice. Health and Safety protocols were top notch. It was a quiet but fun resort. JUST WHAT I NEEDED.

A primeira vista o hotel parece muito bom, mas infelizmente não gostei do atendimento, por se all inclusive deixou muito a desejar.... não informaram no check-in horário de funcionamento dos bares e restaurantes pois na porta existe horário de funcionamento mas na realidade fecham mais cedo. O atendimento dos funcionários tbm não é dos melhores quando pedimos as bebidas fazem cara feia, não tem serviço de quarto, o banheiro do quarto estava com cheiro muito forte de esgoto que se espalhava pelo quarto, muito desagradável....não sei se é costume no país mas as camas são pequenas.... não dá para um casal.... pelo valor cobrado... não recomendo, existem opções melhores.

Chegamos no resort e não fomos orientados sobre os horários dos restaurantes e nem sobre reservas, tentamos reservar por duas vezes e não conseguimos, fora que os horários de abertura nos restaurantes não batem com a reserva pois fecham mais cedo. Comida do bar pedimos por duas vezes e a comida estava fria. Atendimento deixa a desejar.

Acabo de hospedarme con mi familia buena atención, aseo, alimentación, buen aseo. Pero una cosa opaco la estadía y fue un olor terrible que emanaba de los sifones de la habitación en la que estábamos con mi esposo , particularmente fue solo esa habitación por qué lo otros integrantes de no tuvieron está situación. Ese olor se esparcía por todo el pasillo en el que se encontraba la habitación. Paso las cuatro noches que estuvimos en el hotel Ojalá revisen las cañerías y solucionen. Gracias

Drinks were given upon arrival. Room was ready when we checked in. The process was easy. The food however needs a lot of work. Breakfast was not good for the buffet. Neither was dinner. I am currently staying here and still going to try the Italian restaurant so hopefully it is better. Otherwise it’s mostly a family hotel.

A localização do hotel é excelente, bem na frente do Shopping La Isla. Por ter permanecido fechado durante a pandemia alguns aposentos cheiravam a mofo. Tivemos que solicitar que nos colocassem em outra suíte. Uma questão muito desagradável que ocorre no ambiente do hotel são os inúmeros vendedores de pacotes de passeio, time sharing e também de testes covid que ficaram nos abordando. Situação totalmente anti-etica e muito desagradável. Não recebemos nenhum tipo de orientação no momento do check-in referente aos horários dos restaurantes e nem sobre a necessidade de reserva para os restaurantes italiano e mexicano. As instalações são boas,oferecem espaços agradáveis. O restaurante italiano é excelente!! Pratos muito saborosos e atendimento impecável.

Segunda vez que fico neste hotel. Possui boa estrutura e localização, com quatro restaurantes, bar molhado, all inclusive e bom atendimento. Eles ficaram devendo apenas no quarto… uma cama boa mas com chuveiro ruim! Para mim, um item que conta muito na experiência! Chegar cansado do passeio e tomar um bom banho faz toda a diferença. Lá o chuveiro é em conta gotas. Que pena!

Bastante descontenta. Instalaciones bien , habitación amplia y limpia. Bien de precio (todo incluido si lo coges con mucho tiempo, sino es muy caro para la poca calidad que tiene). En cuanto a la calidad de la estancia, fue bastante mediocre. El personal poco eficaz, lento y poco profesional. La LIMPIEZA, las chicas de la limpieza durante los 4 días que estuvimos aquí en el hotel, se olvidaron de reponer el champú, gel y acondicionador cuando hicieron nuestra habitación, recogieron las toallas sucias pero se olvidaron de ponernos las toallas limpias, incluso uno de los días olvidaron limpiar la habitación. En cuanto a la COMIDA, el desayuno buffet aceptable con mucha variedad. La comida y cena tanto el buffet y los 3 restaurantes que hay dejan mucho que desear. (En los 4 restaurantes del hotel el aire acondicionado estaba a tope, todo el mundo se quejaba del frío y decían que no podían subir la temperatura) El italiano que hay, lo único bueno es la pasta carbonara ya que el resto de platos que habia estaban recalentados como lq foccacia. El buffet tuvimos varios problemas, de 6 amigas había 2 con problemas digestivos / intestino , no había arroz sin salsa,ni carne ni pollo o pescado sin salsas, ni dieta blanda, no pudimos cenar ningún día ahí.Tampoco había aceite de oliva , algo básico para una dieta, era todo hecho con girasol. El Pescador, restaurante al que fuimos dos veces a comer, y las dos veces que pedimos el pescado fresco del día “basa” contenía Anisakis (habiendo avisado al chef de la cocina del restaurante el primer día que nos pasó esto). Educadamente lo volvimos a decir y el no nos dirigió la palabra y fue bastante maleducado.Después fuimos a hablar con el gerente de la cocina general ya que el gerente del hotel no estaba disponible, le contamos lo que había pasado y nos dijo que eso no era un gusano que era “una vena”. Adjunto fotos de los dos días. No vengáis porque es un timo y el ambiente del hotel tampoco nos gustó.Sin embargo , el personal que trabaja fuera en la puerta del hotel (JoseLuis fue un encanto pero había otro bastante desagradable y maleducado) y los camareros de la barra del bar de recepción son un encanto y nos trataron muy bien.

We have been coming to Park Royal for over 20 years...they did a very expansive update/improvements in the past 3 years. It was a delight to see the end results upon our arrival Saturday Dec.11
The entire facility is very vigilant in following all COVID protocol. We are 100 per cent impressed with all they are doing to protect anything that might be a concern for our well-being.
I would recommend this resort to anyone wishing to enjoy a wonderful experience in Cancun,Mexico.
The staff will take great care of you during your stay..enjoy.

Hotel com boas instalações mas o sistema de all inclusive deixa a desejar na qualidade da comida. É inadmissível que numa Noite Italiana acabe o molho vermelho para massa e também o queijo parmesão. No restaurante italiano à la carte faltem itens da carta como osso buco e carpaccio. As frutas apresentadas no bufê all inclusive, de qualidade duvidosa em relação ao ponto de maturação: melão, abacaxi, banana e goiaba branca todos verdes e sem gosto. Num Jantar Japonês somente os legumes na chapa. Peixes como rolinhos, sushis e sashimi, inexistentes. Os pães de qualidade duvidosa. Pães e broas sempre murchos. Sopa de fideuas, somente caldo sem fideuas. Pães frescos não havia. Broinhas todas murchas. Ressaltar positivamente a limpeza, higienização, as instalações dos quartos, a localização frente ao mar e junto a uma pequena ruína maia. Grande destaque a gentileza dos empregados.

En el restaurante Andiamo, excelente servicio y muy recomendable, lo mejor los ravioles, tanto el El Capitan Guillermo y nuestro gran mesero Lorenzo, nos ayudaron demasiado ya que somos alérgicos al pescado y mariscos e hicieron todo lo posible para que tuviéramos una cena de lo más deliciosa.

The location, beach, and pools are SUPERB! Also the drinks are great and they are very generous with their portions. Across the street there's a plaza with dozens of stores and restaurants which was super convenient. Unfortunately that's where the magic ends. There's literally an army of people working there, and all are useless, any help you need you are told to go to the room and dial zero, and if you do the operator tells you to go to the lobby. The food is meh, and to eat at their Mexican and Italian restaurants you need to make a reservation by standing in line for an hour at another restaurant the same day you want to eat there. Our room didn't get cleaned one day until 9pm and the AC didn't work for the first half of our trip. You get what you pay for.

There are several pros and cons to this hotel. I’m going to start w the cons to make it quick and get to the good stuff. Cons: central a/c was not at a comfortable temperature, really difficult to sleep. No fridge, no microwave, and bottled water was tough to come by. I had to call the front desk several times to remind them of my requests (bottled water). Oh, and no room service. The kids pool is not heated.Just a few things didn’t live up to the advertisement. Pros: Great location! You have access to several shops, pharmacy, essentials across the street. The beach is beautiful. Most of the staff were very kind and helpful. Special shout-out to our bartenders Arturo and Evarardo!! They never missed a beat! The Funtastic team is so much fun!! They give great vibes and energy (Melanie, Daniel, Tyrone & Evelyn). The buffet food was pretty good. Coffee was always hot!

I highly recommend this resort. This is our second visit.We stayed for 2 weeks previously; on this visit we stayed for 4 weeks.This hotel has large comfortable rooms with beautiful views, high definition tv with stocked refrigerators.The housekeeping staff is good; I found it is helpful to use the "Please Clean" and " Do No Disturb" signs.The resort grounds are well maintained with very good amenities such as a gym which has very good equipment and a view of the pool area.The Business Center is well equipped and quiet.I found it is better to get towels for the pool area in the evening rather than in the morning.There are 3 pool areas.The children's pool area has fun water park features like a water slide and showering palm trees. Another pool has a swim up bar, fun activities for various ages led by an entertainment staff and is adjacent to 2 restaurants and a snack bar.The adult pool area has a bar and a beautiful lounge area overlooking the beach.They planted native vegetation by the adult pool area; the lounge lizards and birds love the new garden.The resort restaurants all have excellent food with fresh local ingredients and experienced chefs with great menus.Chef Landa in Frida has really improved the menu quality since our last visit.The food is well presented and delicious.The desserts are amazing, but I wish they have more of that gourmet ice cream in the Andiamo and Frida restaurants. The Andiamo tiramisu with real mascarpone is delicious as well.The restaurant, pool, beach and cabana staff are excellent.My favorites were Nedel, Leopoldo, Mateo, Pedro (Andiamo), Jesus, Francisco, Walter, Felix, Julio, Macias and many others that work hard to make sure you have a positive experience despite being very busy.The restaurant/bar managers and maitre de staff (especially Andrea) were kind and attentive.I especially liked the Food and Beverage Manager, Alfonso, who followed up and resolved issues promptly.Guillermo and the evening Pescador restaurant manager were also very helpful in resolving issues & expediting orders.The beach area has many lounge chairs and cabanas with food and beverage staff available that also provided information on cultural activities.The lifeguards were very attentive to protect guests from bad weather, storm surges and the occasional shark siting.When there was a shark siting people went out on boats and jet ski to encourage the animal to move on.There are also beach patrols to ensure safety.There are beach vendors with cool stuff; I bought a large conch shell from one.There is also a healing massage center under the Yamil Lu'um Mayan temple and adjacent to the cabanas; they did a good job on therapeutic massage for my husband's past leg injury.There is beach volleyball and beach futbol from time to time that is fun to watch.The Ekinox bar on the observation deck is excellent for astronomical observations and sunset views.There are ample opportunities for watching wildlife at the hotel. There are many native birds and reptiles onsite.The beach has a variety of fish; some are fairly large! I liked that the sea turtle nesting area was protected.I am told the hotel announces when the eggs hatch so guests can witness this event.I liked that the hotel had very good controls to prevent spread of Covid. Your shoes, hands and luggage are disinfected upon arrival.Temperature is taken, hands are disinfected and masks are required at restaurants. If you require a negative test for your return home, the resort will arrange for a doctor to give the test and provide a report; it was very convenient.Royal Holiday travel is onsite to assist with tour arrangements.Daniela was excellent at putting our tour packages together and making sure we got on the correct tour bus.I especially enjoyed the Xcaret tour to Chichen Itza, the Ekinox tour to Tulum and the Rio Secreto tour.

I've been to this resort at least a dozen times over 25 years. The service has really gone down the tubes the last couple times I've stayed. The hot tubs no longer have jets. Many of the staff are new and don't care nearly as much as they did in the past. Decent cocktails are now behind a paywall that is a new rooftop bar. I was refused service at the lobby bar because they were "out of cups" (no, I wasn't drunk 😅). I should also mention, many of the staff are no longer required to speak English or Portuguese. Luckily I can speak enough Spanish that I was able to translate for my family. I'd recommend steering clear of the convenience shop on the resort, their prices are very inflated compared to similar shops across the street.
The food was amazing, as usual. The cleanliness of the rooms was superb. Our concierge was great.

Las habitaciones son bonitas, solo falta estar más atentos a la limpieza. En la recepción, deben estar más coordinados, dejan esperando a los huéspedes mucho tiempo. En lo que respecta a los restaurantes, pueden mejorar el menú y tener más productos para todos, algunos huéspedes no alcanzaban a comer algún platillo.

Siempre es un buen lugar para descansar y distraerse. La playa maravillosa y las amenidades. Solo al llegar tardaron mucho las habitaciones. Nunca me pudieron proporcionar una plancha. Pero el personal por demásatento. Sobre todo los meseros. Y yo creo que se puede mejorar la comida del restaurante Italiano.

My preference is never to use resorts but due to circumstances I spent a few days here. The room is comfortable and clean. The rest is the usual tourist trap resort hustle. The beach access is good and the waiters and most staff are quite friendly and helpful except for the reception desk folk. Check in is slow and painful and you seem to need a security pass to check out??

Currently they had just 1 elevator working for the whole hotel. We were staying on 2.floor so it wasn't bad to take stairs. But if you are at 9th floor, I bet you are waiting for elevator at least 15 minutes. Reception desk is really small and if there is bigger wave of people coming at the same time, you can wait at least 45 minutes in the line. They should make check in process faster. Best at the end, guest service is not at all like in US. Manager Victor was very rude, and he was trying to persuade us, that it is our fault that we booked our room through US website where were incorrect information. (If you try to get to Mexican website from us it transfers you automatically to US one) We were thinking we booked a suite with 3 beds, instead it was 2 beds and sofa. He had also comments like: in Mexico, if it has pillows and sheets it counts as a bed. So at the end they did transform the sofa to a bed, but we wasted 2 hours arguing with this man. Otherwise the beach, ocean, bar and pool is amazing. We had great time, just the beginning was a bit sour.

1 working elevator the entire week were there for the whole hotel?! It could take 15+ min to catch an elevator at times so we had to take the stairs from one of the upper floors. Also it took us over an hour to check in and we were 3rd in line. They gave us the wrong room and then said "nothing we can do about it" so we had to cram everyone into the smaller room. Terrible terrible service overall. Their beach is fantastic (which is the only reason for 2 stars) but honestly we won't come back and will just go to the resort next door next time.

Excelente ambiente 100%recomendable , la atencióncomo quisiera que me tratara mi señora, son los culpablesde que mis hijosquieran volver otra vez. Solo atención en la alberca de niños, se suben niños mas grandes y los chiquitos se asustan y hasta sin querer los golpean, dejan fumar en la alberca familiar lo cual incomoda. Pero lo demásexcelente en todos los aspectos aúnno me voy y ya los extraño.

Bonito hotel, es algo básico pero lo disfrutamos mucho, mas los niños, su parque acuático es muy bueno. La comida del bufete es variada y los restaurantes de especialidades buenos y fácil de reservar. Lo que creo le falta es mas entusiasmo en su equipo de entretenimiento y que agreguen más actividades.

Estoy en ese hotel y es un pesimo servicio. Sim medidas covid, los huespedes se sirven. Aunque este vacio el restaurante, por ser mexicano te mandan a la orilla. Los meseros no te atienden, no te ofrecen bebidas, ni te dan cubiertos, tienes que buscarlos para pedirselos.El horario de cena se supone que es hasta las 11pm y a las 9 ya no quieren poner comida. Personal grosero y lal encarado cin mexicanos,. Tienen unas mesas reservadas para personas discapacitadas y de la 3a edad, pero solo se las dan a gringos o amigos. Pesimo hotel evitenlo

En esta temporada de pandemia, me pareció super bien la organización y medidas del hotel, cuidadosos en la sana distancia y en el uso de cubrebocas, en los restaurantes tenían medidas para evitar el contacto directo con la comida, elsistema de ventilación era muy bueno y el trato del personal en general muy amable. Cuidan los horarios para evitar que haya mucha gente expuesta. Las áreas comunes como las albercas, muy bien cuidadas

Após conversar com Sr Victor, me fizeram uma surpresa de aniversário com bolo e champanhe. E a parte mais incrível e carinhosa foi o baldinho infantil que trouxeram para meu filho. Quem é pai sabe que os mimos com nossos filhos sempre agradam demais!!!! Agradeço ao carinho e atenção pela surpresa e receptividade. Como já havia mencionado, a suíte presidencial é sensasional e com uma vista incrível para um dos cartões postais: lagoa e roda gigante. O pôr do sol com familiares à beira da banheira da sacada é um prazer indescritível. Espero voltar no próximo ano e aproveitar novamente. Parabéns para toda equipe da Royal, em especial ao Victor, que se empenharam para fazer os dias inesquecíveis.

Estou hospedada no hotel e tenho alguns pontos para comentar . A pessoa da Recepcao , uma mulher foi grosseira , mal educada e parecia que estava sem paciência quando chegamos . Isso é muito ruim porque a recepção e a 1a impressão que nos dá ! Outro ponto ruim é que as comidas são quase todas apimentadas . E isso causa um enorme desconforto para quem não está acostumado . No meu caso passei mal logo no 1o dia ! Deveriam ter uma opção sem pimenta e sem condimentos forte. Não tem sinalizado qual comida tem pimenta ou não . Poderiam colocar um símbolo de uma pimenta . Como sendo um hotel que recebe pessoas do mundo todo poderiam atentar para isso . Outro ponto : garçons não pedemlicença para retirarem os pratos , talheres ou comidas da mesa . Treinamento aí vai muito bem e é simples de se fazer senhores gestores do hotel . Os funcionários que servem a comida não usam luvapara manusea las nem no buffet nem nos bares das piscinas !isso faz parte de higiene . Atentem para isso . Ainda mais em tempos de pandemia ! Espero que isso mude alguma coisa ou que pelo menos os leitores possam avaliar como foi minha experiência . Um elogio : funcionário Danny do café da manhã muito atencioso e educado . Servindo muito bem minha família ! Último ponto : só 1 restaurante para café da manhã e uma absurdo ! Aglomeração de pessoas e desnecessário , uma vez que tem 3 ou 4 espaços de restaurantes …não senti que estão usando apenas parte da capacidade . Está completamente cheio o hotel !

El hotel es muy lindo. Muy funcional. Con diferentes ambientes de cuales disfrutar. Siempre hay gente manteniendo la limpieza y el orden. La comida quizás no tiene todo para servirse pero cumple, hay opciones, y los.restaurantes a la carta lo mejor y son sin reserva! Sin duda la.diferencia la hace el equipo de animación!! I did this trip to this hotel as we where supposed to meet some friends that own time share herewith them at the end all cancelled and we where the only going, lucky them as this hotel was packed, no sanitary measures are taken they are overbooked, pool to small, not enough staff. We had to address this differently and got out of there ASAP as I couldn’t feel safe in this place. Other side food at specialty restaurants is good but waiting times makes dinners very long even though is worth the wait. They need to get more staff in and less guests. At the end we move to other property and our vacations where other level. But consider this property social areas are small and under staff for this new reality we are going through. 2 elevators for 1000 rooms I used the stairs the day and half we stayed there.

Park Royal was a great experience for our family vacation. There were a total of 9 of us on vacation and we experienced nothing but hospitality and graciousness.. The food is something to remember that you are in a different culture and doesn't quite taste like food from your country. The beaches are amazing minus the seaweed during this time of year.

I have booked PARK ROYAL BEACH hotel for 5 days and 4 nights and it was an unpleasant experience. The check in took about an hour and the receptionists are not very helpful. We booked a super saver room and my other family members booked a family suite. The super saver room we had was in a different building then the family suit. A huge difference in the interior and cooling system.The super saver room is enough space for 2 people. The housekeepers do not change towels in your room unless they are told and they do not leave clean cups every day. The room we had no coffee machine or lamps, or decorations but 2 paints on the wall. We had problems with our air conditioning system and have complained about it a few times but they did not fix the problem. The maintenance man did show up once and opened the ceiling by the shower room to empty a tube so that it would work again but made no difference. The room continued to just blow air and did not cool the room at all. He also mentioned the room has water cooling air conditioning system not an actual air conditioning system. Made our stay even more uncomfortable.The pool was nice but not deep enough to actually enjoy it, especially if you are a tall person. But it was nice to relax on the sun chair by the pool and enjoy the moment. The beach by the hotel had strong current at the moment and we had to walk to another hotel to actually get in.The restaurants were decent and during the day the snacks were horrible. At the end we always ended up eating at the same buffet because their food was way better. We had a wonderfully service by the waiters, waitresses, and kitchen staff. We also made a reservation at one of their fine dine restaurant for dinner and the food was ok but very small portions and not filling.The Hotel offers tours so we decided to pay for one which they told us food was included. The next day we went to the front desk to ask for ours LUNCH BOX but they told me we were ineligible for one because it was only exclusively for the Royal Membership holders. Should have told us before we bought the tour. I told them I will buy the Lunch Box but they told us we were not allowed to. So we ran down to have breakfast that starts at 7:00am and had to rush back to the bus that leaves exactly at 7:15am.This hotel needs improvement and run down. Many problems from broken furniture, key card not functioning correctly, and air conditioning system failing. I do not recommend this hotel, for the price you pay for super saver all inclusive.

Bad costumer service. The food is bad. They use the left over for the second meals. No A/C. No mini bars in the rooms. No iron neither hair dryer. No insulation, we were able to hear everything happens on the floor. They made us wait 3 hours to check in. The main lobby was hot since no A/C. The bar tender told us to change our drink since he does not have mint anymore!!!
