“My partner and I visited Pergolas at dinner and were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service thank you Ms. Elsie and the team we had a great time and felt so welcome. It was a buffet and lucky us it’s Italian Night, we had the steak, pizza and many more and different type of dessert along with some coffee. This is easily one of, if not the best meal we’ve ever eaten. I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment! We’ll definitely come back and bring some friends along with us. Ciao”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, in a 2 bedroom apartment. The front desk and all service provided was top notch right from the moment we stepped in and asked for an early check-in, to our midnight check-out. The extra we paid for the morning breakfast was definitely worth it. The proximity to the Dubai Mall is the best! Based on some of the customer comments, I was worried our room would be lacking some maintenance and slightly dated, but that was not at all our experience. We were very happy with the entire stay! Thank you Swissotel!”
