“Esperaba un mejor servicio. Llegamos el día 13-08-2017 casi a las 8 pm. Nos dieron una habitación que cuando llegamos abrir la puerta, todavía no estaba la tarjeta habilitada. Tuvimos que bajar a la recepción, donde nos activaron las llaves, pero al abrirlas, la habitación estaba sucia, sin arreglar todavía. Por lo que tuvimos que volver a bajar a recepción donde se nos cambio la habitación. Sinceramente, esperaba un mejor servicio. Es la primera vez que voy a un hotel Marriott y fue muy pésima la atención. Además, el internet del hotel es malo malo. Mi peor experiencia.”

“Wonderful food - both the breakfasts and the buffet lunches/dinners really nice. Some staff were lovely too, Jessica especially. This would have given the review 5 stars...BUT... Rooms were dated, the air con was just plain annoying, and given it's location they really need to invest in proper double glazing. No sockets in the bathroom and the room amenities weren't the best. Overall a good stay but some elements for improvement. I would stay again!”
