A nossa estadia em Roma não poderia ter sido melhor. Hotel sensacional, com atendimento igualmente prefeito. O café da manhã também é incrível. Só elogios!

A recepção foi muito ruim. Mal informaram onde se estaciona. E olha que eu estava com um italiano legítimo! A piscina estava fechada. O hambúrguer do hotel é uma delícia! E o senhor que atende no bar e restaurante do hotel é um senhor muito educado!

Muito bom hotel! Gostamos.Cafe ótimo. Quartos bons. Localização um pouco longe. Cuidado com os taxistas na Italia, são espertos e tentam lograr no percurso. Um dia pagamos 8 euros, no outro 18 €,ele disse q não sabia onde ficava o local, com GPS e tudo. Pena não ter pego a placa para denuncia-lo.

É um bom hotel, mas francamente, o quarto que me deram deixou muito a desejar. Cheguei de viagem do Brasil, muito cansado e um pouco antes do horário de check in. Tive de ficar esperando na portaria e quando liberaram o quarto, deixou a desejar.

The hotel is very nice and it's in a decent area the only issue we had was rude staff when checking in as they wouldn't serve us straight away and kept getting stopped by other people and then helping them out first and we had to check in late because of this. The rooms are lovely and the pool is very nice

Not my first time in Rome and since I turned 50 last year, and after recovering from almost dying from Covid, we decided to treat ourselves and booked a hotel with a suite that looked really nice and with good reviews. Arrived, tired after driving from Faenza, and hungry, wanted to quickly check in and take a bus or metro to one of our favourite restaurants. Had to wait 15 minutes, the room was not ready at 15:00. Got the key card, and we find: Lots of tiny ants in suite 222, maybe pharaoh ants. Definitely not something you want in your luggage or home. Told the reception First attempt to fix it: house keeping with a vacuum cleaner. More ants. Told the reception again. Second attempt: "We'll try to arrange poison tomorrow.". A suite, with an ant infestation, and we're supposed to sleep one night with them, and they will *try* to fix it tomorrow?!? To be continued... *update* Talked to reception again. Offered second suite, that is available from tomorrow, and an ordinary double room tonight. They will help with moving the luggage tomorrow. Nothing else offered, not even a bottle of water. I've moved all our luggage onto chairs and tables and killed ants for an hour. Got double room 334, no extra bed for our child, tiny room. It is poorly cleaned, corners are dusty and the first impression is a faint smell of sewage. No compensation, until the general manager has answered the email he/she got from the front desk. When? Maybe today, maybe? Bloody horrible experience this far, two hours down the drain. Should have booked our usual hotel. No time for dinner yet, killing ants and moving luggage, and we have a hungry child.

DEFINITELY NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL, Dont get fooled by the property size. THEY turn off the Air conditioning in the entire hotel at night!!!! Please BEWARE They TURN OFF THE Air Conditioning!! Which modern hotel doesn't let you control your own temperature in the room. It is so extremely hot in the room at night we cannot sleep, and if they turn on the AC they say it's cold for others!! So you are at the mercy of the front desk as they switch on/off the AC. It is ridiculous to call this hotel a 4-star.ADVICE TO HOTEL: PLEASE REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING IN YOUR AMNETIES

No pool even during may when its quite hot and they said they will start it when summers will begun. I don’t really know why they can’t begun it and let the customers choose if they want to go or not in the pool. It is very hot in the room, no air conditioning at all during night and it gets very hot. Not able to sleep properly due to that. Rooms does not have enough drawers to keep clothes. Average rooms not so good. No kettle. No coffee making machines. Very bad stay, I don’t expect this from a 4 star.

Muy buena atención del personal, excelente ubicación y comodidad de sus habitaciones. Dispone de una piscina excelente para volver de un paseo por la calurosa Roma. Muy bien.

Our family of four (two adults, two children) Stayed at NH Roma Villa Carpegna for a weekend in Rome. The hotel is clean and well-kept and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a 6-minute walk from main bus stops into the city centre and a 30-minute walk from the Vatican. We had a quick dinner there the first night which was decent albeit on the expensive side. The breakfast was also OK but could have found more variety. The room was nice, clean and spacious. It could use some drawers etc for longer stays.

Las instalaciones muy bien, el personal antipático, poco amable y poco dispuesto a ayudar o aconsejar fuera de su estricta obligación de atender al cliente. El desayuno literalmente incomible, el café de máquina "helado" día tras día, las tostadas las hacían mucho tiempo antes...resultado: estaban heladas y como una piedra, si se les solicitaba que las hicieran en el momento, no solo no lo hacían sino que discutían que estaban calientes y recién hechas demostrándole al cliente la veracidad de esto "PONIENDO EL DORSO DE LA MANO SOBRE LA TOSTADA" (Plena pandemia COVID, aunque sin virus no me parece que corresponda que nadie toque aquello que voy a consumir). La variedad en el desayuno paupérrima. La ubicación relativa...depende de los intereses y las ganas de andar de cada uno, ya que los autobuses pasaban cada 45 o 50 minutos. La limpieza...pues lo normal, nada destacable.

A very big plus is the swimming pool. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Rates are good with regards to the location and facilities. If something negative, it is also regarding the pool and the pool men who is not very friendly nor helpful and treating people differently, some people can eat brought food others can't, some people can use any entrance, others can't etc feels quite discriminated. Additionally it is quite tiring with people, mainly Dutch and French, that reserve the pool chairs and being away for 2-3h since the pool has limited space.

Relación calidad precio, bien. Desayuno muy pobre. Distribución laberíntica y acceso complicado a piscina y garaje.A dos semanas de haber visitado ese establecimiento, me ha parecido oportuno añadir que buena parte de los problemas con los que se encuentran los clientes para el acceso a determinadas zonas, podrían resolverse con una señalización más clara y visible en el exterior de los ascensores y, sobre todo, en la planta -1.Es mi opinión y como tal la comparto.
