“One morning a staff unlocked our door and came inside the room at 8am even though we left the do not disturb sign outside (there was no lock or safety latch on the inside) while we were still sleeping and not exactly decently dressed. When we went down for breakfast 10 minutes before 10am (when breakfast ends) they also cleared all the tables and were halfway through clearing the buffet even though we haven't eaten or checked out yet.”

“Just outstanding! We were really impressed by the place, by the attentive staff, by the service, by the quality of the food. The rooms are with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff is reading your wishes basically from your eyes. Everything you can think of, is provided. All activities, even special private activities, are included: we had a craft workshop for our kids doing "pompoms" with a lady from the local community. And our guide Sandro was just great, knowledgeable and very helpful.”
