“JW Marriott Istanbul Bosphorus was our second and last hotel in Istanbul. As soon as we arrived, we knew we had to come back and stay longer. Their location is excellent, and their service is amazing. We stayed in a Galata Tower view room for a total of 5 nights (2 stays). We loved waking up with the view of the magnificent city of Istanbul. The room felt brand new, modern, and well equipped. Every space in this hotel is charming and well thought out.Breakfast was one of the highlights of the day. Morat welcomed us with a warm smile and called us by our names, he even remembered our preference for coffee and meals. My favorite was the Turkish Benedict. Also, the staff members shared with us their best tips to explore the city. The rooftop is the best spot we found to enjoy the sunset in Istanbul. Very few people come by, so it feels like a private rooftop. We especially want to thank the Manager, Sevtap Polat. After two full weeks of traveling in Turkey, we returned to JW Marriott Istanbul to rest for a few days before our trip back home. She surprised us with a handwritten note and chocolate bits covered with coffee. It was so delicious! She and her team "make this place feel like a home away from home."We didn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel as we preferred to explore the city. The spa and gym facilities were adequate.I want to add that, during the last two days of our stay, I had online classes from 1:00 to 4:00 AM (6:00 -9:00 PM Eastern Time). I decided to go to the tea room located on the first floor instead of staying in my room. I feel comfortable there, and even a staff member offered me tea at that time of night.Best regards, Vijay Verma & Fabianna Rodriguez”
