Bom hotel para o preço. Localização Boa, a 5 min a pé da praça principal de Berlim. Outros pontos turísticos também estão próximos. Café da manhã excelente!

Gostei de tudo, o quarto é limpo e a decoração moderna, o atendimento da recepção é bom, tem estacionamento, o café da manhã é muito farto e no térreo tem uma pequena conveniência. Pode-se comprar o ticket para o City tour no hotel. A localização é excelente, próximo de todos os shoppings e da torre de televisão.

Hotel maravilhoso, com café da manhã super completo. No quarto, são deixados sachês de chá, café e creme. No banheiro, xampu, condicionador, sabonete para o corpo e mãos e creme hidratante.Tem serviço de lavanderia e tem tábua e ferro de passar roupa. Vale a pena conhecer!

O staff do hotel é muito competente. No geral o hotel excedeu nossas expectativas. Excelente custo-benefício. Horário de café da manhã bastante estendido, que encaixa em qualquer roteiro. Indicarei para amigos que forem à Berlim.

Uma localização excelente, próxima a Alexander Platz, um café da da manhã, com uma diversidade razoavel, para o estilo alemão, mas bem próximo do chamado café continental. Os quartos são amplos e seus banheiros, são limpos e bem arrumados. Seu atendimento é básico não provendo de muitas informações turísticas,apenas para perguntas pontuais. Mas recomendo com uma boa opção na cidade.

Really nice hotel, nice close by area, walking distance from Alexanderplatz. The Breackfast was amazing, the room was clean and size wise it was perfect.The Gym is quite small and limited so if you are into training you will be disapointed, but it serve the purpose for keeping up the routine 😅

Central hotel, with comfortable rooms and welcoming staff. Very good selection of products for breakfast, including American pancakes and seflmade waffles. Good breakfast hours until 11:30.

solo me ha parecido una valoracion buena , por que el tamaño de la cama es de 1,50 y la supletoria no se puede dormir te clava todas las maderas, pedimos que por lo menos dos camas y lo pagabamos de 1,50 y no hicieron ni caso, la recepcion un regular, solamente y no hablan español. lo mejor la limpieza y un 10 para el desayuno, con un cafe excelente.

El hotel cumplió totalmente con nuestras expectativas: recepción, alojamiento, limpieza, servicios, camas y baño, desayuno, check out. La verdad no encuentro puntos negativos. Cierto que la habitación no era muy amplia, pero más que suficiente, y muy cómoda.

The location of the hotel is pretty convenient with a tram stop just across the road as well as the s-bahn close by. With that said, the trams can get quite noisy especially if you're on the lower floors facing the main road. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and it's free for all guests. However, the poor experience was due to the unfriendly and cold staff (no smiles, no greetings). Unfortunately, the level of service here really fall short of what you'd expect from Hampton by Hilton. The staff were understandably busy with check-ins but that is no excuse for rudeness. When a mistake was made, a staff who claimed to be the manager on duty acknowledged the mistake and said the staff was busy with check-ins so there was nothing they could do and no apology was made. I felt that the staff could have done better with listening to their customers and helping their guests feel welcomed.

Nice hotel in a great location. While the park by Radisson and few other hotels are very much at the alexanderplatz square, this one is little away near the main road and by the tram line. However at a convenient walking distance from alexanderplatz and on a busy road. Me and my wife stayed around New Year and we walked to alexanderplatz on Sylvester nigh to to watch fireworks. The breakfast spread is good but not one item on the menu changed during our three nights stay. Pretty basic without any live counters and plates as small as saucer but overall worthy. Rooms are well kep too, bit too small but well maintained. You can't leave the window open at night as the noise from the busy tram line behind woul disturb you all night. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Everyone spoke English and all information is written in English too.

Great location and expected (for Hampton) clear and decent facilities. Poor experience due to: Unfriendly receptionists and manager on duty, terrible breakfast, hidden costs for pets at checkout (not announced prior to checkout). Manager on duty claimed pets not allowed AT CHECKOUT. At the time the booking was made via booking.com the hotel was allowing pets and no additional charges were announced. Special request was used to announce we arrive with pet - no objections. We were welcomed at arrival with dog, but at checkout we were told that actually the hotel does not allow dogs and we are in violation... ""What the hack?!?". No explicit accidents with the dog or whatsoever. I wouldn't mind the cleaning fee if properly announced, but the folks on the reception are ridiculously arrogant and not accurate. I have not expected that I can meet such personnel in Hilton hotel ... sad sad

Perfect place to stay for a 5 days trip in BerlinAs a Hilton Honors member I was satisfied with my stay, the front desk people were helpful and give good tips about the public transport and the opening hours of the surrounding stores.The breakfast was good, although it can get overcrowded during the busy hours which is from 9-10AM and you have to wait for available tables.I think the room was small for 3 people but we enjoyed our stay.They also provide bookings for hop on hop off trips and you can also rent a bike there.

Nothing special, just a mainstream hotel where everything is quite standard. The staff are very efficient, no time for a smile or a welcome. They all seemed tired all the time and seemed to wish you were gone.The room was clean although on the small side. No streaming possible on the TV.The location is nice, about 10 minutes from Alexanderplatz.Breakfast is free for everyone as I understood, and it was very very busy, although not a very special breakfast but had some choices of food.

Great location - the staff are fantastic - the breakfast is brilliant - seriously good!I won't criticize the feather down pillows provided by the hotel - they are lovely.Rather, if you need a more substantial pillow to secure a good nights sleep - bring your own or organize something, in advance.

Para mi la mejor opción de alojamiento, lo recomiendo totalmente si vas de turismo y quieres estar en un sitio céntrico, el personal muy amable y atento, las instalaciones muy cuidadas y limpias, bonito diseño, las habitaciones cómodas, buena cama y almohadas, el baño impecable y con dispensadores de champú, acondicionador, gel de ducha, crema de cuerpo, te ofrecen una cafetera en la habitación por si quieres hacerte un café o te, el desayuno fenomenal, con bastante variedad de productos frescos y buena calidad, todos los días nos hacían la habitación, cambiaban las toallas y hacían las camas (estancia de 4 noches) sin duda alguna lo recomiendo, para mi grata experiencia en mi estancia.

It is very well situated near Alexanderplatz. Clean, reasonably quiet for a city center hotel if you choose "garden" view. It was very busy at the end of August, so there were times that the restaurant was fully packed during breakfast :) Excellent, helpful and friendly staff

A bit worn-out hotel situated around 10-15 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz in a pretty boring and bland area. The room was small, but worked fine and it was clean. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of different food. If you just want a bed to sleep in as well as a good breakfast to start off your day in Berlin, then this is the perfect hotel for you.

I stayed here for a whole month, and even though staying in a Hotel room for that long can be tough, I totally enjoyed my stay from day one until the end. All the staff was extremely helpful and was always happy to help out with whatever they could. I would completely recommend this for your stay, the location is super convenient with good connections with the whole city, and the rooms are new nice and with good natural light. But as I said before, the best part is the staff!!
