Great location, close to the beach. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Housekeeping is great. Shower pressure is weak so takes forever to wash your hair. Check in and checkout was fast and easy. Pool is nice. Waiting time for elevators can be a while. Would happily stay here again.

As a Hilton general manager myself, I have an eye for excellent hospitality, and this hotel completely left me speechless. My husband and I went to celebrate his birthday for a week and never having been to Hawaii, we were a bit trepidation. Paul was so kind as we called in advance and asked so many questions, but he never was unwavering in his patient hospitality. Upon arrival we were completely enamored at the cleanliness and service of the property. Paul and Connie made our stay so outrageously comfortable, every request was honored, every convenience was at our fingertips. Housekeeping is impeccable, and the whole hotel was absolutely outstanding.

The staff was excellent! Great bartender at the pool bar! Pool was so nice an not overcrowded. So close to everything! Clean room great shower! Housekeeping always pleasant an they do a great job at keeping the hotel looking great! The donuts shop down the block EXCELLENT so added!! We can not wait to stay at this gorgeous hotel again! Thank you for the best vacation!!!

I loved our stay at this hotel. Everything was clean. The views were nice and staff was very helpful with whatever questions we had. They provided beach towels and sun screen free of charge as well. The bar prices were reasonable as well. The location was perfect for restaurants and getting to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a decent stay here. It's maybe not as fancy as some of the more upscale hotels, but it is pretty good. Staff is attentive and we got all we needed. Room was clean and generally in good shape apart from a few dings on the bathroom wall. Elevator wait is sometimes a bit long, but then again not too long (this was in August). I think overall this hotel is a good choice for the Waikiki area. I did read some of the lower rating reviews here but found none of those issues with our stay. The walls are pretty thin so I do understand some people with noise complaints. Since most people sleep at night we had no issues getting rest. Last unrelated thing: people need to be realistic and understand that when you book through a third party you will not collect Hilton honors points. It's really that simple.

Nós apreciamos este hotel, o quarto deles era ótimo, o café da manhã era bom, ótimos mini muffins. Os ovos, a torrada francesa, a linguiça portuguesa estavam deliciosos. A piscina era ótima, a equipe do hotel, a equipe de manobrista de carro foram todos muito agradáveis, profissionais e prestativos. Nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia e voltaria. Ligue para eles diretamente, eles deram um preço melhor do que os aplicativos de reservas de hotéis. Eles vão conhecer ou vencer esses sites, sem taxas extras! Ficamos lá 12 dias. Fantástico!

We enjoyed this hotel, their room was great, breakfast was good, great mini muffins. The eggs, French toast, the Portuguese sausage was delicious. The pool was great, the hotel staff, car valet staff were all very nice, professional, helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back. Call them directly, they gave a better price than hotel bookings apps. They will meet or beat those sites, no extra fees! We were there 12 days. Fantastic!

Ficamos aqui por 4 noites e tivemos uma ótima estadia. Eu sou um membro de ouro, então nós apreciamos o café da manhã no hotel alguns dias e foi bom. Nada extravagante ou memorável, mas foi ótimo para um café da manhã rápido antes da caminhada. Os quartos eram limpos e as camas eram confortavelmente firmes. Você obtém o que você paga e sinto que a experiência deste hotel estava a par com o preço. Gostei do bar da piscina alguns dias e ambos os barmen foram maravilhosos! Grite para Nicky por cuidar de nós no bar da piscina no primeiro dia. Nosso quarto ficava no 18º andar. Os quartos são pequenos, mas não passamos muito tempo em nosso quarto. Além disso, apreciamos os créditos do resort e os usamos para obter um guarda-sol, cadeira e prancha de bodyboard gratuitos para a praia. O local para pegar os itens ficava a cerca de 12 minutos a pé, perto da praia.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great stay. I am a gold member so we enjoyed breakfast at the hotel a few days and it was fine. Nothing extravagant or memorable, but it was great for a quick breakfast before hiking. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortably firm. You get what you pay for and I feel like the experience of this hotel was on par with the price. I enjoyed the pool bar a few days and both bartenders were wonderful! Shout out to Nicky for taking care of us at the pool bar the first day. Our room was on the 18th floor. The rooms are small but we didn’t spend much time in our room. Also, we enjoyed the resort credits and used them to get a free umbrella, chair, and boogie board for the beach. The location to pick up the items was about a 12 minute walk away right near the beach.

Great location. Right in front of the international shopping mall--from Micheal Kors to game stop! And a block from the beach (easy access next to cheesecake factory by the surf board rental ally.) There is a restaurant and market on the hotel site. And there are so many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Take your pick! The hotel is lovely and clean and the front desk and concierge were super friendly and helpful!

Hotel was “just fine” but Chuck Canady at the info desk was AWESOME! He knew where to send us, how to get there, and how to do activities safely. He showed us photos of all the hikes he suggested before we did them, taught us insider tips, and took a lot of time with us. We didn’t realize how valuable and rare this was until we were staying at another hotel in Waikiki at the tail end of our trip but we would go back just to talk to Chuck if we had needed. If you want to know where to eat or what to do in Waikiki, talk to him. Tim is also at the desk and was also quite helpful.

Reservamos nosso hotel pela Southwest Airlines e não percebemos que era pelo Booking.com. Ficamos muito surpresos com o estacionamento com manobrista obrigatório de US$ 50/dia. O manobrista não abriu a porta para você e eles disseram que estavam ocupados e você tinha que trazer a chave para eles. Não conseguimos outro hotel porque reservamos através de terceiros. Ficamos por 6 noites e novamente desde que foi reservado através de terceiros, não poderíamos receber nossos pontos Hilton Honors. O concierge foi realmente rude com meu marido e os quartos deveriam ser limpos todos os dias e eles eram, mas não muito bom. O lado positivo é que a localização é ótima e a maneira mais rápida de chegar à praia é passar pelo shopping. Partes da praia são realmente lotadas, mas algumas partes não são tão lotadas. A loja ao lado era ótima e compramos um bom café todas as manhãs. O hotel nos creditou apenas US$ 30, mas pelo menos era alguma coisa. No geral, adoramos o Havaí e nos divertimos muito. Quando voltarmos, provavelmente ficaremos em algum lugar diferente. Há muitas lojas e restaurantes a uma curta distância. Também tentei preencher a pesquisa, mas ela expirou em poucos dias. Foi ok, mas acho que pelo preço poderíamos ter conseguido um lugar melhor.

We booked our hotel through Southwest Airlines and did not realize it was through Booking.com.We were very surprised with the mandatory $50/day valet parking.The valet did not open the door for you and they said they were to busy and you had to bring the key to them.We weren’t able to get another hotel because we booked through a third party.We stayed for 6 nights and again since it was booked through a third party we could not receive our Hilton Honors points.The concierge was really rude to my husband and the rooms were supposed to be cleaned every day and they were, but not very good.The plus side is location is great and the quickest way to the beach is to go through the mall.Parts of the beach are really crowded, but some parts aren’t as crowded.The store next door was great and we bought good coffee there every morning.The hotel did credit us only $30, but at least it was something.Overall we loved Hawaii and had a great time. When we come back we will probably stay somewhere different.There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance.I also tried to fill out the survey, but it expired within a few days.It was Ok, but I think for the price we could have got somewhere better.

Stayed in a standard room for 8 nights. Room price plus resort fee made this the most logical choice and we were pretty happy. Location is central to everything. Resort fee is lower than other hotels. Beach rental credit was unexpected but a great resource. Gold or diamond members get 15 per person per day capped at 30 for hotel bar use which we used almost everyday

Ficamos neste hotel para nossa lua de mel. Quartos e agradáveis e limpos. O check-in é fácil e todos são muito simpáticos. Piscina é um pouco pequena e muito fria para o meu gosto, mas cada um na sua. O estacionamento é com manobrista e pouco caro, mas você está no centro de tudo. Caminhe dois quarteirões e você está na praia ou nas lojas. Ótimo lugar para ficar ao visitar Honolulu.

Quarto estava sempre limpo. Manobrista foi sempre amigável e disposto a ajudar. Os quartos eram tamanho decente. Não entra muito barulho externo quando a porta está fechada. A vista é espetacular, não importa de que lado você esteja. A arrumação fez um trabalho fantástico.

Fiquei aqui a trabalho e o plano original era de uma semana, mas na verdade peguei covid enquanto trabalhava, então me isolei no meu quarto por 5 dias, e acabei ficando no hotel por 2 semanas.O quarto e banheiro eram muito limpos e não encontrei vestígios de mofo no banheiro. No momento do check-in, eles perguntam com que frequência você quer que seu quarto seja limpo e eles cumprem.Enquanto meu quarto tinha uma varanda e eu estava no 18º andar, eu estava na parte de trás e ficava de frente para outros prédios, mas ainda assim era bom ter a porta do pátio e a varanda. Achei a cama confortável, mas se você estiver trabalhando na mesa, tendo a TV grande logo acima, não funcionou realmente para mim. O quarto tinha um pequeno frigorífico, cofre e tábua de engomar.O hotel fica em uma rua movimentada, então o estacionamento é feito via manobrista que cobra $ 50 por dia para estacionar. Ao mesmo tempo, há uma taxa de resort de US $ 30 por dia, então você terá US $ 80 por dia em encargos e esse nem é o seu quarto.Eu comi no restaurante do hotel que era bom e também comprei algumas coisas da loja do hotel que também foi bom. Em suma, eu voltaria aqui para trabalhar, mas não para férias, pois provavelmente gostaria de uma vista melhor.

I stayed here for work and the original plan was to be one week, but I actually caught covid while working, so I isolated in my room for 5 days, and ended up staying at the hotel for 2 weeks.The room and bathroom were very clean and I found no traces of mold in the bathroom.Upon check-in, they ask how often you want your room cleaned and they stick to it.While my room had a balcony and I was on the 18th floor, I was on the backside and faced other buildings but still nice to have the patio door and balcony.I found the bed comfortable, but if you are working at the desk, having the large TV right above you didn't really work for me.The room had a small fridge, safe, and ironing board.The hotel is on a busy street, so parking is done via valet which charges $50 a day to park.At the same time, there is a resort fee of $30 a day, so you will have $80 a day in charges and that is not even your room.I ate at the hotel restaurant which was fine and also purchased a few things from the hotel store which was also good.All in all, I would come back here for work, but not for a vacation as I would probably want a better view.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. Rooms and nice and clean. Check-in is easy and everyone is very friendly. Pool is a little small and too cold for my tasted but to each their own. Parking is valet and little pricey, but you are at the center of everything. Walk two blocks and your at the beach or your at the shops. Great place to stay when visiting Honolulu.

Room was always clean. Valet was always friendly and willing to help out. Rooms were decent size. Not much outside noise gets in when the door is closed. View is spectacular no matter what side you are on. Housekeeping did a fantastic job.

Excellent stay!! The room was really nice and Management was very attentive, always checking to make sure things were good. The location was perfect!! It was in walking distance of the beach, several great shopping centers, great restaurants and the zoo!! I walked most of the time...great for getting my steps in!! ☺

Cómodo , bien ubicado, buena atención. Tiene servicio de valet parking que es algo caro pero muy práctico ya que en la zona no es fácil conseguir estacionamiento. El lobby comunica con un minimercado muy completo, puede ser útil ya que los restaurantes cercanos cierran temprano.

Ubicado en todo el Centro de Waikiki este hotel tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para un viaje de negocios o placer. Cuenta con un bar en donde se puede ordenar comida, asi como piscina y gimnasio. Tambien tiene un pequeno mercado al lado del lobby.
